Updated review, they replied to my email straight away which was nice and my item arrived the following day. Overall I would say they are reliable, and sometimes delivery might not arrive on time due to covid.

I have tried to claim my Bluetooth earbuds but I cannot even enter my delivery details. They claim my postcode is invalid which it isn’t.
There is no number for customer service either.

Like others before me I bought a Hugo Boss watch through Wowcher. There seemed to be a disproportionate delay in the watch arriving, but in these uncertain times, acceptable.
The Customer Service team always replied promptly to my emails, were very courteous and professional.
The watch was as described and very pleased with the item.

Purchased a Hugo Boss Ikon watch for my partner for Christmas. The watch looks great but the strap won't close so its useless and can't be worn. Really disappointed and when I tried to contact them, the website says the domain is no longer in use. Going to have to purchase a new strap which is another £127 and wait for the jewellers to reopen to fit it. Not happy

I like many others purchased a watch through Wowcher. After two weeks of not receiving the watch and several emails I contacted their phone number on the website and spoke to a kind gentleman named Leon who apologised and claimed it had been lost in the post. He then gave me a tracking number and the watch arrived 5 days later due to covid. Although there was an issue it was corrected quickly however it would be nice if their emails were checked more often.

Absolutely delighted, bought as a Christmas present for my brother and he will be over the moon. Phoned them up to tell them how delighted I was and was greeted by the friendliest of staff. Will definitely buy again!

I contacted best watch company, they sorted my problem out very quick & delivering my goods on special 1st class, just in time for Christmas.

Had an issue with my order getting lost in post, however after a 10 minute call with someone called Chris on customer service my problem was sorted and now I have received my watch the next day. Absolutely thrilled with this as a Christmas gift and will buy again!

Was leaving it close by only ordering on Monday 21st for a Christmas present but it has arrived today with plenty of time to spare! Thanks to the best watch company team who sorted this promptly and professionally!

Similar problems to others with Wowcher & failure to get the purchased item delivered I eventually managed to get in touch with Bestwatch Company who immediately resolved the problem by replacing item and had it delivered the next day. Well done to Chris, Leon and Sam for their excellent service. A Christmas gift rescued. I will advise friends what great service.

I ordered a watch through livingsocial and I also had delays too but i contacted Best watch Company and dealt with a very polite and helpful customer service agent called Chris and he assured me I would receive my item before Christmas. He stuck to his word and I recieved my item. It was beautifully packaged and was well worth the wait. Thank you Chris for pursuing my issue and resolving it. The personal call I received made all the difference. I will use this company again. A shout out to Sam too who also followed up with me.

I Emailed 7 times with no response. I could never get through to them on the phone when I tried to call. Product finally arrived 14 days late. I had no correspondence with them to where where my delivery was.
