When I made a reservation at Best Western Plus Amsterdam Airport Hotel, I gave the wrong date and I realized it after I paid the money, I immediately wrote to the hotel, I called many times, I was going to pay the difference in the price due to the date change. They did not accept. They did not correct my mistake and did not cancel it. I had to book another hotel, we came to Amsterdam with my wife, son and daughter-in-law on May 14, Mother's Day, my daughter-in-law missed her mother very much.
Now the hotel has deducted the fee from my account, I want them to cancel it, but they won't, they take the money even though I didn't stay. Can you please help me?

There are 2 rooms reserved for the family Nergiz. It was supposed to be May 10-12, but it was mistakenly changed to June 10-12.
It is not possible for us to come and stay on June 10, we are already working on that date.
