stayed in the best western in knowsley, liverpool
really poor , we paid extra to have suit with a jacuzzi bath. only problem was there was not hot water and the tap on the bath was broken. complained and sent an email in to the company , that was 2 weeks ago and they still have not replied.
will not use best wetern ever again.

I've just tried to cancel my holiday in September because of illness I had a heart attack last year and under investigation for bowel cancer but they don't care and won't refund fund my money which seems as if they are only worried about profit not customer service.

Stayed at best western Chiswick london very friendly staff reception very helpful would definitely recommend this hotel.

Janky ass hotel with drugs being sold out the guest room doors and bad service also credit card scam going on with the staff beware of your information being sold to other countries from the scandals who run this location in Fairfield California

Go find somewhere else to stay!!
They Will give you uncorrect information when you sendt Them mails.
And om the check in, they will take no responsebillity for any mistake they might have.
Poor costumer service.

We had a brilliant stay at The George Hotel, Swaffham, Norfolk.
Staff were really welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast outstanding,
General manager, Roxi, really kind and helpful.

When I made a reservation at Best Western Plus Amsterdam Airport Hotel, I gave the wrong date and I realized it after I paid the money, I immediately wrote to the hotel, I called many times, I was going to pay the difference in the price due to the date change. They did not accept. They did not correct my mistake and did not cancel it. I had to book another hotel, we came to Amsterdam with my wife, son and daughter-in-law on May 14, Mother's Day, my daughter-in-law missed her mother very much.
Now the hotel has deducted the fee from my account, I want them to cancel it, but they won't, they take the money even though I didn't stay. Can you please help me?

There are 2 rooms reserved for the family Nergiz. It was supposed to be May 10-12, but it was mistakenly changed to June 10-12.
It is not possible for us to come and stay on June 10, we are already working on that date.

This hotel has an appalling customer service. I received a very bad welcome at their Amsterdam Airport location. My room was accessed without my permission whilst I was almost half naked inside. I complained about this to the management and they did nothing about it. They apologised for their poor service and requested that I give them my account details for compensation but did not honour their words. It’s been 5 months now and I’m yet to hear a response from them. Would never recommend them to anyone. If you are a coloured person, better look elsewhere.

Clifton hotel Felixstone. Excellent food, clean, brilliant staff. Rooms clean, serviced well. A bit too warm though, but modern.

This review is for Best Western plus skogshöjd in Södertälje. If I could give them NO STARS I would. I applied for a job here some time ago while this place was being built/renovated, recently a representative contacted me about the job I applied for and said let's set up a interview, I suggested a day and time and their representative never got back to me not even to say they filled the position which they haven't because I saw that they put out another ad looking for personal for the same position. I think this is totally unprofessional and shows the hotel has no class or even style for that matter! I would never stay at one of those Best Western establishments when their leadership personal can't even have the consideration to answer. How unprofessional can you get?! Worst personal and unprofessional company I have ever encountered. I'm sure they are going to write some sort of excuse down below but this doesn't exclude their unprofessionalism.

Jag sökte jobb här för ett tag sedan medan det här stället byggdes/renoverades, nyligen kontaktade en representant mig angående jobbet jag sökte och sa att låt oss boka en intervju, jag föreslog en dag och tid och deras representant kom aldrig tillbaka till inte ens säga att de fyllde positionen vilket de inte har eftersom jag såg att de lade ut en annan annons som letade efter personliga för samma position. Jag tycker att detta är helt oprofessionellt och visar att hotellet inte har någon klass eller ens stil för den delen! Jag skulle aldrig bo på en av dessa Best Western-anläggningar när deras personliga ledarskap inte ens kan tänka sig att svara. Hur oprofessionell kan man bli?! Värsta personliga och oprofessionella företag jag någonsin har stött på. Jag är säker på att de kommer att skriva någon sorts ursäkt nedan men detta utesluter inte deras oprofessionella.
