Ordered on December 14. Remained unfulfilled on December 19. Called to cancel. Charged $25 cancellation fee. Beware of these scammers!

Do NOT buy from this company. I worked with a manufacturer to return a defective piece and gave best wig outlet all of the information. I sent a return slip and I promptly returned the piece as packaged. I finally received a response from them stating that John Reneau had suggested that I only receive 50% of the price of the wig, which they did not. In fact, Jon Reneau stated they don’t have the wig. Then Best Wig Outlet asked for the person at Jon Reneau that I spoke with, which I had already given them. I’m curious, how can Jon Reneau say that I should only receive a 50% refund if they never spoke with the person that I had been working with. So now I do not have a wig and I have been scammed out of $2,000. Do not trust these people they are clearly scam artists.

Would give it less if I could! Return policy states can return within 15 days but states item I purchased is non returnable. I have several wigs from same manufacturer all the same color and yet this same mfg wig is way more red. While it may not be their issue, they do not stand behind their products. Don’t sell an item if you don’t offer a solution. As a daily wig wearer, I wear the same color for consistency and this products certainly does not offer that for me. I am very dissatisfied. I will never purchase from this site again.

The item I received was a different color than it is on their websiteI took it out of the box to inspect. $41.99 was deducted from my refund because the item had been removed from the box and was not repackaged EXACTLY as it had come. I had taken great care to package it exactly as I had received it to the best of my ability.. Don't buy from this outfit unless you can tell whether the wig will work for you just by looking at it in the box. This company is a scam and a ripoff.

The right side of the wig is much longer than the left side, it's almost comical looking. In order to wear the it, I will need to pay my hairdresser fix it. I do like the color though. Unfortunately, the wig is not returnable otherwise I would definitely return it. I doubt I would order from this company again.

I took it out of the box to inspect it and put it on top of my head without clipping it in. Even my boyfriend said it looked cheap, like something you'd get from Amazon. $15 was deducted from my refund because the item had been removed from the box and was not repackaged EXACTLY as it had come. I had taken great care to package it exactly as I had received it to the best of my ability. I later looked at the return policy and saw that the item can't be returned for a full refund if it was tried on. I've never in my life seen a policy like that. Don't buy from this outfit unless you can tell whether the wig or topper will work for you just by looking at it in the box. This company is a scam and a ripoff.

Return policy sucks big time! They deducted 34.99 from my refund because I tried it on all of 20 seconds to determine it was not for me. Only order if you know this is exactly what you want, not if you are trying to figure it out.

The company is great, fast service and delivery. They carry all the top name brands which are known for quality products.
However, their way of announcing their sales and % off, is very confusing. Also, if you have to call in for a color question they don't have the ability to do so. The representative only has the same description that is posted with the wig. Other companies have actual swatches they can look at to help you choose the right color. Allowing them to tell you if the color is brassy or more ash looking. It's very helpful to get a honest opinion from a live person.
All in all I would recommend the company and I'll continue to buy from them.

I love the topper that I received. Perfect color for my hair. It was definitely a good deal. I seen the same topper on another site for over $230.00 more. Quite a savings.
The shipping was very fast with tracking.

This was the first time I had ordered from this company. They were by far the quickest in getting the product to me of all the companies i have tried, their price was the best for the wigs i wanted, and they are lovely. I have no issues at all. Great customer service and fast delivery

They have a terrible return policy for anyone who is senior and who no longer drives. They offer no courtesy return labels. The USPS will pick items up for return at my door, but they must have prepaid labels. I'm happy to pay for the label--it's the cost to hire a cab to drive me to the post office and return me home that I cannot afford. Disgusting. I will NEVER purchase a wig from this company again.

Fair pricing, reasonably quick shipping/delivery. Love the RW hand-tied wig.

They have a great selection and are very prompt with shipping. Their communication via email was great. I will buy from them again and again.

I had ordered from BWO for several years without any issues, but I recently ordered a sale item from their website and they canceled it without any explanation. Wanting to learn more, I reached out to them to find out why my ordered was suddenly canceled (I assumed the item was sold out), and they responded by claiming that my payment method was fraudulent (it wasn't), and that I had never ordered from them before (I have numerous records/receipts of previous orders from BWO). When I answered them and showed them my previous order history with BWO, they were even more unprofessional and defensive. They actually tried to berate me for having used more than (as in two) email address(es) when ordering from them over the past decade. Not once did they apologize for their errors or try to rectify the issue. Suffice it to say, I will never order from them again; I suggest avoiding this place and opting for another vendor.

Beware about the wigs on sale - I just received a wig so damaged that it is impossible to use it - however, since it was on final sale there is no refund or exchange - the wig is a garbage that I believe was intentionally put 'on sale' - very dishonest

I do not recommend buying from this company. The return policy is poor. Wigs.com is far more friendly and helpful and caring about things that need cancelled or returned. That said, I did get a quick response via the messenger.

I don’t know much about wigs but that wasn’t an issue because the customer service team was so helpful! They helped me choose the PERFECT wig for my upcoming event. I didn’t know where to start but they asked all the right questions and gave me the best wig in my budget

Best Wig Outlet is solid, reliable, and I trust them. They ship within the time frame promised, and the prices on famous name brand wigs is among the best I have found.
Their customer service is also top notch. It's nice to be able to either phone or email them and get an expedient reply.

I have ordered several wigs from Best Wig Outlet and each one is my "new favorite." Ellen is my new forever-favorite. I'm going to order another one in case something happens to it. The color is rich, and the strands are soft.
I'll never order wigs from another company.
