Thanks a million! I have not worn my new hair yet, but it looks stunning!

Wig was not as ordered. Tried to exchange but was denied, even though your website specifically says (3) exchanges can be made…without penalty. Bottom line…we just lost $180. Now we will have to look for another wig for my wife…diagnosed with terminal cancer.

The wig looks great. However, I was unable to track it, so I didn't know when/if it would arrive.

The wig was shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. It was obvious in the front that it's a wig, and the cap fit more like a large than an average, so my mother sewed it for me. It is NOT heat resistant, and I wish care instructions were listed in the descriptions. But I love the way it looks abd would happily buy another. It is longe and much thicker than most wigs in this price range and very pretty. It is also one of the few wigs I've seen without bangs that also is not lace front. Depending on your complexion, the skin cap may not blend jn, though. But I prefer it other alternatives for me. The price was great for what it was.

I placed my order knowing I would not be at my home address to receive my order. I had it shipped to my daughter's address. Kindly, your order center called me to confirm the shipping address was correct. I was impressed! To me that is great service. I will be a forever customer. Thanks to all of you!

THE WIG WAS TOO BIG AND HAD TOO MUCH HAIR FRAMING THE FACE, ESPECIALLY OVER THE FOREHEAD. ALSO DIFFIULT TO STYLE THAT AREA - HAD A MIND OF IT'S OWN. I WANTED TO RETURN IT AND LEARNED THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED A $10 RESTOCKING FEE OF 15% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. BEST WIG OUTLET JUST LOST A CUSTOMER.

I received three of the six wigs I purchased. Tow were out of stock, so I was refunded for those and one is
