This Website is shiiiiit... I wait since January for my withdrawl and I don't become a Real answer...

ANYONE THINKING OF JOINING THIS COMPANY - PLEASE DO NOT.
After winning around €250 I tried to withdraw it and I am now waiting close to a month, and not one person can give me an update. I went through their Skype verification process previously and had already submitted various forms of id. I am still waiting on someone to contact me. Their customer service is appalling, all they say is 'we have forwarded your query onto the revelant department'. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a manager but they tell me I can't or there is none!!!
They draw people in with their free bets and bonuses but if you win they will never pay out. I wish I never signed up with this company, they are a joke. I'm with bet365 now and they are so much better.
Update - 27th May, still waiting on my withdrawal. Will not reply to emails, customer service on live chat still saying the same 'we've sent your query on to the relevant department'
They are a joke and so corrupt. How do we stop these thieves. I've emailed the Curaçao Gambling Commission and they don't reply either. No one is regulating this company. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I started betting just a week ago, so I'm only beginning to understand the entire sysrem. Thanks to the simplicity of Bet2U, I understood how to play within one day. For now, I like it and wanna keep playing; especially, on this website.

I always have trouble with betting websites' content, and Bet2U isn't an exception. The first week I had to learn how to use it. I don't think it's a big mistake of the developers; now I bet with no problem.

I registered six months ago and started betting on sports on the website bet2u.com. I have replenished my account several times but have never ordered money for withdrawal! Two weeks ago I wanted to withdraw money from my account - but my account was unverified! - for verification, I uploaded copies of my documents, went through a video conference via Skype - and waited for the verification result until today!
Today my account on the site was blocked, I received an email from the site "Dear Customer,
Our security team has detected the violation of point 23.6 of our terms and conditions. As a result, your account has been permanently closed and a return of your net deposits (total deposits- total withdrawals) will be made. The return shall be made via the same method through which your deposits had been made. "
"23.6 Users are forbidden from allowing third parties to access and use their accounts. Should it be found that a user has breached this rule, the User's account shall be permanently closed and a cancellation of all of their bets shall take place."
I confirm that this account is mine and mine alone, and I have never transferred it to anyone else!

I sometimes use betting websites. This one I tested not long ago. In general, everything is ok. I didn’t like a little the number of withdrawal options. It could be some more. Nothing critical, but this is not convenient for me.

Don't let them take your money too.

EDIT: I advanced two stars because they paid but the fact remains that it took more than ten days. I can't imagine what they do with higher figures. I registered with Bet2u in July and got my account verified.My username with the bookmaker is bignoble. I made several deposit ( €400 ) into the bookie via Bitcoin and it was successful until the last €50 which I successfully used to win a total of €211 but since I requested for payout. The payment is still pending since 11th of August and their customer support said they are yet to receive any update concerning my withdrawal.

I bet on the victory of the team and my bet won, but the funds were not credited to the account. This is the first time this has happened. Previously, after winning, the money was immediately received, but here they have not been there for almost a month. The support team doesn’t say anything.

The site is good, there is only a quibble about the technical part: the lack of mobile applications for Bet2u. But the mobile version is downloaded automatically as soon as you visit the site from a mobile device. The functionality of the site does not suffer at all.

Not the best site... constant errors and crashes. Sometimes it does not allow you to top up your account,, then withdraw money. Crashes when I want to place a bet. I managed to do this only for the third time. I still needs to be finalized.

I HAD A SUCCESFUL FRIDAY WITH DOUBLE BONUS . THEY REFUNDED ONLY MY FIRST DEPOSIT . TOOK MY EARNINGS

The bets are quite low, as well as the limits. However, I was pleasantly surprised by their bonus policy. They gave a 100% deposit and a 25% free bet. After I started winning, they placed limits (up tp $100 for top matches), but all the money was withdrawn successfully!
