Really poor yeah the plus is you can play when on GamStop but the site it’s self is horrendous. Slots are shocking. Submitted a withdrawal request yesterday. Asked today on live chat how much time it takes to be processed, they closed my account and also the chat. I can't access to it anymore. at least 120 euros and bets pending are gone. They are scam. Please stay away

I believe Betbeard is a scam site. They use a third party to deposit funds ( kinguin ). Someone is trying to take unauthorised payments from my bank. I have had to block all cards. Reported to relevant authorities and UK fraud squad investigating

scam merchants. They use a payment processor called Kingquin or something, I put in a section 75 as they essentially scammed me are not UKGC registered.
They are trying to claim I purchased Instagram likes or some nonsense.

Always sceptical using a non ukgc casino. However, gave betbeard a go. After setting up accounts (one with uk as country had a limited play list of slots) the customer service was great and explained I needed to select eur as a currency and Canada as my country then use a vpn for full access to games.
