I'M BEING STOLEN AT BETBURGER
I made a withdrawal of 1849.99 reais at BETCRUISE on January 12, 2022, a week went by without any contact, I sent an email to know the progress and the house blocked me.
Since then, I've been trying to get in touch via the only email info@betcruise... Because the chat doesn't work and I don't receive any response.
I'm about to make a police report, because I believe I was STOLEN.

Desde entao, tento contato atraves da unica forma email info@betcruise... Pois o chat nao funciona e nao recebo nenhuma resposta.
Estou quase fazendo um boletim de ocorrencia, pois considero que fui ROUBADO.

Good day, I have a problem with sportsbook Betcruise. I had in my betting account 386,40 EUR. Then I wanted to withdraw my money. 20. 10. 2019 I got e-mail: your account has been blocked due to a suspected violation of the portal rules. In accordance with point 9.9 of the BetCruise rules, your account will be under investigation. So Betcruise wanted to verify my account. I sent all the documents. Then I received another email from Betcruise: Our security team has conducted an audit of your games at the BetCruise portal. The investigation concluded that your bets were made not in accordance with the BetCruise terms and conditions. Your account has been blocked, and all bets have been nullified. Funds that you received not in accordance with the portal rules have been debited from your account. Regardless of the violation, the funds that you have deposited can be withdrawn will be returned to you in accordance with the BetCruise portal rules.

25.10. 2019 I received 25 EUR from Betcruise to my Skrill account but my Betcruise balance was 386, 40 EUR and my original deposit was 233 EUR. To this day I have only received 25 EUR nothing more. I contacted Betcruise support several times but they dont answer. Today (29.4. 2020) I contacted Betcruise again but they dont answer and Betcruise locked my betting account. Please help me. and they didnt pay me yet. I try to send emails to them allmost every day and they dont answer

Its more safe to throw your money in a river than to deposit at Betcruise.com They are big big thieves. must be totally out of your mind if you ever consider registering at betcruise.com. You have been warned ! !

I asked for a selection on February 26th and still have not given me the money. No email communication, livechat does not work, phone no response.

Stay away! Withdrawals pending over the due date, Chat service not working, nobody replying to e-mails.. Worst service in the gaming industry that I have encountered!

I have received my funds at 26 of murch only!it passed 2 months!After that I have requested new withdrawal 125 usd at 26 of march!I am waiting 6 days already.

Update!I have recieved funds from my last withrawal at 9 of April!They have sent me all funds but i have wait 2 months and 2 weeks!I advice to all customers who have problems with thid bookie to write complaits to antillephone where they have licence

They stole my money without any reason and they do not reply to any emails at all.

I made a withdrawal of 700 euros and still have a balance of 200 euro on my account. Today i tried to log in and without any communication they locked my account. I Their live chat is not working and now i dont know what is going on. Please contact me ASAP

Update: my withdrawal of 700 euro is processed but my account is still locked with 200 euro on it. And still no communication from their side
