Bij Beterggz bieden wij gespecialiseerde SGGZ-zorg aan mensen met vaak complexe en langdurige problematiek. Wij doen er alles aan om de juiste behandeling te bieden, afgestemd op de persoon achter de klacht. Omdat onze doelgroep divers en de problematiek soms zwaar is, kunnen ervaringen per cliënt sterk verschillen. Wij waarderen alle feedback – positief of kritisch – omdat die ons helpt onze zorg verder te verbeteren. Over Beterggz Gaan geestelijke en emotionele klachten je functioneren in de weg staan? Door angst of paniek? Depressieve gevoelens? PTSS? Dwangmatig gedrag? ADHD? Of andere psychische problemen...? Loop er niet voor weg. Onderneem actie. Hoe eerder hoe beter. Bij Beterggz kun je deze week nog beginnen met het behandelen van je klachten en daarmee het verbeteren van je functioneren waardoor jij je beter voelt. Je wordt thuis behandeld door onze artsen, psychiaters en psychologen. Via een beveiligde videoverbinding. Op momenten dat het jou past of nodig is. Ook ’s avonds en in het weekend. Good experience with autism assessment

I received fast an appointment. I got tested for ADHD and autism and later did psycho education over autism. I felt that they would listen to my feedback. One time they gave me a specialist that I was not happy with and they assigned a new one when I asked for it. It is important to have a good match and speak up when you feel that something is wrong. It is also nice that some of the specialists work outside of office hours and they are flexible with the spoken language.

Total waste of time

Total waste of time. After 3 meetings and multiple questions filled out in a 2H form. After hours and hours of intake process. They concluded they cannot help me because of “addictions” which they grossly over state. They claimed I was drinking 35 units of alcohol a week when it’s closer to 5-15 on average. They claim I was having screaming matches with my fiancé when I only said that from time to time we can have heated arguments but we get over them quickly. They make completely false assumptions and don’t listen to their patients taking wrong information down. Do not work with BeterGGZ they’re a complete clown show.

Dank voor uw reactie. We vinden het oprecht jammer dat u de ervaring bij Beterggz als teleurstellend heeft beleefd.

Zoals u zelf aangeeft, heeft er een uitgebreid intakeproces plaatsgevonden, met meerdere gesprekken en het invullen van vragenlijsten. Op basis daarvan heeft ons multidisciplinaire team zorgvuldig beoordeeld of wij de juiste plek zijn voor behandeling. Daarbij is geconcludeerd dat gespecialiseerde verslavingszorg in uw geval beter zou aansluiten. Dit is geen waardeoordeel, maar een professionele inschatting – bedoeld om u de best passende zorg te bieden.
We begrijpen dat dit anders over kan komen wanneer u zich niet volledig herkent in die conclusie. Tegelijkertijd geldt voor elke cliënt bij Beterggz altijd het recht op een second opinion of een gesprek met een andere behandelaar. Ook is bij aanmelding besproken – en door u bevestigd – dat we in sommige gevallen verwijzen wanneer onze zorg niet optimaal aansluit.

We vinden het jammer dat u ons als instelling zo negatief beoordeelt, juist omdat onze cliënten ons in 2024 gemiddeld waardeerden met een 9,4 op de CQI-vragenlijst via Embloom. Dat maakt uw ervaring des te belangrijker om te begrijpen.

Mocht u alsnog behoefte hebben aan toelichting of reflectie, dan staan wij daar graag voor open.

As you mentioned yourself, you went through a thorough intake process, including multiple conversations and detailed questionnaires. Based on this information, our multidisciplinary team carefully reviewed your situation, and they concluded that specialized addiction care would be a better fit in your case. This was not a judgment about you personally, but a professional assessment made with your best interests in mind — to ensure you receive the most appropriate care.

We understand that this may feel frustrating, especially if you don’t fully recognize yourself in that conclusion. Please know that every client at Beterggz has the right to request a second opinion or speak with another clinician. It was also discussed during registration — and confirmed by you — that in some cases we may refer clients when their needs fall outside our treatment scope.

It’s disheartening to read such a strong public criticism, especially since our clients rated us with an average CQI score of 9.4 in 2024 through Embloom — something we’re grateful for and work hard to uphold.
