Brainless supporters who will never help you because they don't know how.

Advice for anyone using their app, take a photo shot of your bets when placed. There is dishonesty on their part, I placed a bet in 2021, which when placed bet was 'who will be the next permanent manager of man utd', I know that was the wording because I checked when Michael Carrick became the boss for 2 games, and even when Ragnick was appointed the bet was kept open, yet when I checked a couple of weeks ago, it was closed and the wording changed to next manager, a couple of friends have experienced similar situations. SO take photo shots of the bet, if you doing bet builders check the options stats, they cannot be trusted.

Once Betfair was a place with high service - now you can expect the worst.

They dont have any contact info besides chat - no phone or mail info. And the chat is so slow. Standard answer in the chat is that you will be contacted on mail ... which you can not respond to. You have to wait till the the day after and set off 15-45 min. to have a conversation that normally would take 1 min.

In my case I made a bank transfer which they confirmed they had received, but the money has not showed up yet here 7 days later.

Cryptic terms that are made to trick you. I used the welcome bonus a week earlier and lost my money, that was fine. The this week I come in and deposit 100dkk without any bonus. I end up winning around 1000dkk and decide do cash out. When I try to cash out I can only cash 200 of them out. I then go and ask support how this can happen, and they refuse to help me. I really thought a company as large as Betfair would know better to trick a costumer for something as small as 800dkk but i guess not. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Been a customer for 11 years using the exchange but never found them to be customer focused. They never communicate with you in a posive way only to tell you when there is downtime.

After 11 years you think that a regular customer might be rewared with occasional reduction in commision or some other offer

Poor customer service. As soon as you win a couple of bets you get banned

Betfair has so many games to choose from it's hard to decide which to choose first. Spreads a great too.
