Excellent support and motivation
From the time I started the 12 week plan, Julian was extremely supportive and motivating. I lost 1st 2.5lb, which I was very happy with. I had a few issues along the way, as well as a holiday, but nothing was too much trouble, advising me on how to handle different situations such as an injury, and a medical issue. Giving constant advise, and motivational text and voice notes, really helped when struggling a few times. I would high recommend Julian and the service and support he gives. The hardest part is starting, so just go for it!

Just finished my first 12 week plan and 2 stone10lbs lighter.
Was never once hungry and in fact probably ate more than I did before.

Julian has helped me start to get active slowly and taking it at a pace that works for me (someone overweight and very unfit)

Julian is soo supportive, always on hand to answer questions and believe me I ask a lot. This is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle changes and he is with you every step of the way.

I am currently half way through a 12 week plan with Julian. I can honestly say he is 100%committed to all his clients, he is so knowledgeable and inspirational! I have tried every diet and fitness plan you can think of and never got very far! It was never sustainable, Julian’s approach is so personalised to each client, it’s hard not to succeed. I’ve not once been hungry or felt like I was going to give up. Every time I message him (at least 4 times a day) he replies almost immediately. I’m looking forward to the next 6 weeks and the next plan 🩷
Changed my way of life
Working with Julian has literally changed the way I live my life. Without him, I don’t think I would even have joined a gym. The thought of going into a gym gave my major anxiety and now, I love it. It wasn’t just a 12 week plan, it’s a plan I have implemented into my life and will continue. The way Julian works really fitted well with me and I felt comfortable admitting when I was struggling. I knew I wasn’t going to get yelled at or put down. Instead he would motivate and get me back on track. I recommend him to everyone who needs structure and accountability with whatever their goals are.

4months of hard graft and injuries and still enjoying weekends out and still attending social events I’ve managed to go from 92kg to 100kg now being the fittest and strongest I have ever been!

Good habits
I was apprehensive about working with anyone as I felt I could go it alone but after many months of frustration I decided to get help from a professional. Julian had worked with others I knew so I felt that he could help me. My progress over the 12 week program was great. I've been coached to follow better lifestyle habits that are making a real difference to my weight and overall fitness and energy levels.
Be the change
I joined be the change fitness back in January with a diet plan tailored to my personal preferences and a fitness plan that I have tried to fit in around my busy life ,I have to admit I am absolutely delighted with the results so far and am over stone down so far ,I intend to keep going as the support I have received has been fantastic and the weekly check ins helpful to keep me on track

Working with Julian has been a total mindset shift towards health and fitness. His knowledge of nutrition and training is next level. Working with him is something I wish I done sooner. Over the last 10 weeks the change in my outlook on my health and fitness is unmeasurable and I am know feeling fitter, leaner and healthier than I have felt for the last 15 years looking forward to the next plan and he has proved to me that no matter what age or where I am with weight and fitness that you can still be fit, eat well and become lean can’t thank him enough!!

I can’t praise Julian enough for the service he’s set up, and the support that he gives.
He’s a guy that doesn’t preach an unreachable fitness and wellbeing message. He’s started from a bad place himself, and uses his journey to inspire those of us who want to achieve the same.
His introduction to the use of the app, the workout and nutrition programmes he sets up, and the ongoing support and encouragement he gives, you can’t ask for more.
I’ve a few weeks left of my plan, and am excited to continue it beyond what I’ve signed up for. But the journey so far, small steps from where I started, but significant weight loss, an enjoyment of my food, and a better understanding of how the gym works, have all given me a reason to get up in the morning.
I had significant weight gain after a return of testicular cancer and its difficult treatment. A year on, I’ve made some great waves in reclaiming what I was before it, both physically and mentally.
Julian’s always on the end of a WhatsApp message or call with any queries I have, and his regular Saturday encouragements have been the highlight of my day.
I can’t recommend this gentleman and his service enough.

Get involved, you wont regret it!
Being treated for Leukaemia and dealing with the side effects of the chemotherapy I had lost my way with respect to health and fitness which was having a strain on my mental health. Getting involved with Julian and his Be the Change community was the kick start I needed to get me back on track. Julian’s authenticity shines through as he has gone through his own journey. This empathy translates to his support of his clients. The programme was adaptable to my developing needs and I’m pleased to say that not only have I lost over a stone and developed some muscle again, but my relationship with healthy lifestyle has been invigorated. Still on this journey but enjoying it. Julian helped me dig deep to find my inner drivers to help flip the switch.
Julian is amazing
Julian is amazing. The plan is easy to follow and the training is challenging, which is exactly what I wanted. He is supportive every step of the way and will constantly provide motivation. He tailors everything towards your needs, which means that it isn't a one size fits all approach, and that's what I liked the most. I managed to lose 2 stone in 12 weeks and toned up as well. He will change your mindset and approach to health and fitness. I love the weekly check ins as I need that accountability each week. I am about to sign up for another block with him! I think his own journey and transformation makes him an ideal coach as he understands the challenges that we go through and has overcome them himself. He is not judgemental as a result, but is very supportive!
A great experience with amazing results

Definitely would recommend
Julian provided a great experience and motivated me to keep to the plan. I lost over 3 stone also ran my first 10k.
He designed the plan around the food I enjoy and I found it easy to stick to, he also would make any alterations you would ask as long as you stick to the plan.

My 'Dad Bod' has gone and my smile returned!!
Being a busy dad of two and working full time I tried to lose my dad bod over the last 10 years and failed every time despite trying a number of diets, programmes etc. I was motivated to join after reading the personal journey of the coach, Julian and how he changed his life through huge weight loss and fitness. It was good to be helped by somebody that had been in the same position as me. If he could do it then so could I. I'm so chuffed to say that with the help of Julian, I achieved 2.5 stone weight loss in 10 weeks. He provided an exercise and diet routine with constant check-ins and motivation. I'm more confident, my resting heart rate has decreased from 79 to 64 beats/min and my clothes fit me again! I'm so happy with the result. It is something that I've wanted for so long as I love being a dad, and now I'm a far fitter one!!
