Two weeks ago I deposited $400 and I’ve been betting, winning, and losing. Once the limits applied to my account made it impossible to play, I tried to withdraw my entire balance ($1,000) and my account was automatically blocked and my money was stolen. They claim I’ve used multiple accounts, which is completely false.

I’m not the type of person who usually leaves bad reviews, but after using Betplay.io for two years, I tried to withdraw my winnings and got a message saying:
“Your account has been blocked due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, which will lead to multi-accounting. It’s stated on our T&C that multiple accounts are not allowed.”
When I asked for clear proof that I had done anything wrong, they couldn’t provide any.
I even recommended this casino to about six of my friends — and now we’re all leaving.
If you don’t want to risk losing your money, stay away from this casino.
I just wanted fair treatment and transparency — instead, I lost trust completely.

bad experience and a bad website , i tried to withdraw a 70$ then after some hours , i got blocked for no clear reason , when i contacted the support they said that i had multiple accounts even though i had only an active account , those some common excuses shady websites use to block you. don't play there please !

Do not I repeat DO NOT play in this scam website. I played solely poker here for around 2-3 weeks without any issues. Issues arose as soon as I got into a little bit of profit and wanted to withdraw 🤣🤣🤣. One day I requested a withdraw basically and it got stuck in “registered”, meaning it’s been sent for a review. Usually this process takes only 1 day, even couple of hours but this time it took more than a day and when I tried to log in to the account it said “we’ve blocked your account please contact support”. After I contacted the support they said that I’m multi-accounting thus breaching their terms of service, which is obviously a COMPLETE BULLSHIT. I asked them multiple times to provide evidence and tell me the “other account” that I used and I just got vague bullshit answers. Long story short they said there’s no way they’re changing their decision and the email is the last one that they’ll send to me, so basically they scammed me. And I’m not alone, you can read lots and lots of similar reviews of other players too. Anyways screw these guys, their poker was actually good, but unfortunately they’re scammers who will scam you out of your money, it’s a pity. Obviously I’d rather not play and not lose any money to them rather than play and technically win on paper but then not be able to withdraw.

After losing almost $2,000 in an hour playing at $5-10 stakes, I wrote to support asking for some kind of bonus. But in response, they gave me 25 free spins at 25 cents each. This is the most greedy casino, and I'm sure they have problems with withdrawals. Everyone on the internet is saying that the casino is a scam. Well, yes. Very disappointing experience with Betplay
I recently joined Betplay after being referred by friends and my brother. I deposited €150 and even won a decent balance (225 XRP). However, shortly after, my account was suddenly blocked without a proper explanation.
When I contacted support, they claimed I had multiple accounts. This is not true — I only have one account. The only reason there may be a connection is because my brother also plays from the same household Wi-Fi, and sometimes friends visit and log in on the same network. Despite explaining this, they refused to listen.
I asked for at least my deposit back, but they declined and hid behind vague “policies.” They also refused to show any evidence of their accusations.
This feels unfair and unprofessional. If Betplay cannot even handle such cases with transparency, then I cannot recommend them. Please be very careful before depositing money here — once your account is blocked, there seems to be no way to get your funds back.
(This was my first time playing here)
Neither me my friend or my brother claimed any of their bonusses so it wouldn’t even be in our favor to have multiple accounts.
