Stealing money

7,500eur was unfairly frozen and taken from me. I was blocked from accessing my account. When I went to chat support I was told that I violated terms and conditions 3 and 9.
Under number 3, it is stated that the player used several accounts on their website, which is absolutely not the case with me.
Under number 9, it was written that it was a fraud while playing on their website.
I asked for an explanation and proof of why they are accusing me, and of course they can't provide any of that because I won the money exclusively by fair play playing sports betting with the odds offered on their site.
I warn people to be aware of the scammers they are dealing with here. Their business plan is to not pay you your winnings if you win.
I hope that people will be more aware and considerate than me, and read these reviews before they pay money to such fraudsters.
I will do everything in my power to inform as many people as possible about the criminal activities of Bet Plays. I hope that I will at least reduce the number of victims a little, and thereby reduce their pleasure in deceiving others.
And as for me, considering the serious amount of money involved, I will contact the police, I'll let everyone know who is responsible for such scams site, and I will write everywhere where is relevant about this in order to warn other people so that the same thing as me does not happen to them and reduce betplay's earnings from stealing other people's money

I sent you a message from my registered email on your site and I wrote my details.
I see that you have same messages that you are sending as replies here.
I am very interested in what you will answer, when you were previously able to close my account on your site with a serious amount of money on it without any notice, and later through your chat tell lies that I cheated and used multiple accounts, and then when I asked your chat support to get some proof of what you are saying I was left without an answer.

Although their reply seemed like a genuine attempt to resolve the issue, it quickly became clear that it was just a move to appear professional and fair in the eyes of the public. I immediately sent them all the requested information, yet a full month has passed and I haven't received any response whatsoever. Be aware that replies like this are not sincere efforts to fix anything — they are just a public relations stunt to lure in new users who may end up scammed and robbed just like I was.

They do NOT settle your sports bets, so you will NEVER be able to make withdrawal

I placed several sports bets on Saturday (May 3rd, 2025). The games were already finished for more than 24 hours, however, all my bets are still in pending status that they did NOT settle them.

I contacted to customer support they kept telling me there is something wrong with the system, and they do NOT have a time frame when this problem can be resolved. I think this is a dirty strategy betplays trying to play with, they let me place sports bet, and then they just never settle them. In this case, even though your bet win, they did NOT settle it and your account balance will remain 0 so you will never be able to withdrawal your money.

Please stay away from this company.

Stay away from this casino!

I am extremely frustrated with the way Betplays Casino has handled my case. I reached out multiple times to resolve a serious issue regarding my account and gambling addiction, but I've been met with nothing but silence.

In February 2023, I requested that my account be permanently closed due to gambling issues. Despite clearly stating my struggle and asking for help, Betplays reopened my account, which led to more losses. When I tried to reach out to them in 2025 to resolve this, offering them a chance to settle privately before taking further action, I received no response.

All the details of my case, including the email exchanges and my request to close my account, have been provided to Betplays in previous communications. They have all of my information and should have no trouble looking into my case. However, since my account was permanently blocked, I no longer have access to it to follow up directly.

After waiting patiently for weeks and sending multiple emails, I still have not received any communication or resolution. I am now forced to take the matter further, including filing complaints with organizations such as Casinoguru and reporting them to The Anjouan Gaming Authority.

It is incredibly disappointing that Betplays failed to take any responsibility for the harm caused by allowing me to continue playing when I had explicitly asked for help. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this casino, especially when dealing with sensitive issues like gambling addiction.

They want my account and it is my email check your date base for Sheldon Reinhart or they can call me at 306-741-1674. They won’t. The site is a complete scam. Give me my account back and money please. DO NOT BET ON THIS SITE. I did nothing wrong and just because I won some money they shut my account down. Not even that much. True scam website

I would like to add myself to the cacophony of people who have been scammed by this website. I've been playing in online sportsbooks and casinos for 25 years. I've been on, and taken withdrawals from, dozens and dozens of them. And I have been paid every dollar I requested from every single one of them. Until I played at BetPlays.

I always take casino reviews with a grain of salt -- there are always lots of negative reviews for every casino. But please, dear reader, understand me when I tell you this: BetPlays is a scam, period, end of story.

I deposited a little to get their first (of three) welcome bonuses. I did pretty well and requested a withdrawal. It took 8 days but I was able to get it.

After losing my second deposit and bonus, I went for the third one, and did very well. I requested a withdrawal after rolling the bonus over, but after 10 days I still had nothing. Started in with the customer service, all they said was "it's been escalated" and "it's with the Finance department". That's when I started really scrutinizing the reviews... and I started to see the same pattern with player after player. They were all banned, citing rules 3, 9, and sometimes also 16, in the terms and conditions.

Sure enough, last Monday, they did it to me. First time in 25 years of online gambling that a website seized my money. I've been screwed out of CAD1,600, but looking at other reviews on here, I see BetPlays has screwed many, many players out of much, much more money.

UPDATE 2025-03-28: It appears BetPlays also uses the TrustPilot platform to respond, with the apparent intent of eventually saying of these reviews "We’ve looked into your feedback and found it appears to be inaccurate" as you can see with numerous reviews like mine. Even more proof that they cannot be trusted. I expect this will happen to my review here.

They've asked me for more information through the TrustPilot platform to help identify my case. I don't intend to give them one additional morsel of information (if they can't figure out who I am based on my first name and the amount of money they seized, then they must be banning an *insane* number of players).

The bottom line is this: if you're reading this and considering joining BetPlays, please please please do your research on them. Read the reviews here, look up the complaints on AskGamblers, check out what's said about them on Casino.guru, look at what's mentioned on Reddit. If, after reading all that, you still want to deposit at BetPlays, you do so at your own peril.

Only one star because zero wasn't an option. They actually paid me $500 three weeks ago, I put in for another $1000 and it was "pending" for over a week, I woke up this morning, made a few bets and a couple hours later my account was CLOSED and I was informed I would not be getting paid. Just scammed me for $142,000

Just scammed me for $142,000. $120,000 of which was won on slots. They did the exact move to a tee that others mention on here. Delayed the verifications then told me that the withdraws are 7500 max and can only be done once every 5 business days. Sure enough the day finally came to process the withdraw and I got the exact email stating that I breached terms 3 and 9 ahahahaha. It’s actually comical. Anyone know who owns this clown company?

It is difficult to trace where IGP and other victims’ money ended up. But at least some of it was channeled toward an online gaming platform, operated by a Curacao company with a Cypriot owner
Creative Alliance was registered in Curacao in 2022, with a Cypriot national Theano Andreou as director. Leaked materials also identify her as the beneficial owner. Andreou could not be reached for comment.
According to expense records, the network spent €40,000 on a Curacao license to operate the online betting brand Betplays, €29,000 on affiliate marketer, and paid a monthly payroll of €70,000 in 2022.
Creative Alliance is now licensed in Anjouan, a tiny island in the southwestern Indian Ocean. Betplays has been blacklisted by authorities in Greece, Cyprus and Romania, and the brand has been the subject of many complaints online players claiming to have been scammed, and being unable to withdraw their deposits or winnings.

If anyone can find any information on Theano Andreou please lmk. I have someone that wants to talk to them.

Withdrawal and Account Suspension Scam - Be Warned!

I echo the concerns of others regarding the practices of Betplays.com On March 6th, I requested a withdrawal of €1,500, and as of today, March 24th, I still have not received any of my funds. To make matters worse, after following up on my withdrawal request, my account was suspended without any clear explanation.

I had active bets amounting to €1,250 and still had €500 in my account, bringing the total amount of funds to €3,250. Despite the clear balance in my account, I was informed that my account was suspended due to violations of Betting Rule 3 and Rule 9, but I have not been given any specific details or evidence about what exactly led to this action.

I was also advised to review their General Terms and Conditions, but the rules cited (such as Rule 3 regarding multiple accounts and Rule 9 concerning criminal activity) seem to be standard responses used to justify withholding funds. How could I possibly violate these rules when I have only one account and am simply trying to withdraw winnings that I rightfully earned?

This situation feels like a scam. It’s frustrating and unfair, especially since my funds have been withheld with no proof or explanation given. I have contacted their customer support for clarification, but their responses have been vague and unhelpful. Based on my experience and the numerous complaints I’ve seen from others, I strongly recommend avoiding this platform.

If you’re considering using this casino, please be cautious. My trust in them has completely broken down, and I now have to resort to escalating the issue through other channels. Don’t fall into the same trap.

Update - March 26th: Since my original post, there has been some new information. My active bets, which were initially valued at €1,250, have been successful, adding €1,000 in winnings. I still had €500 in my account, bringing the total balance to €3,750. However, I have only received €800 from my initial €1,500 withdrawal request, which seems to be a partial refund of my deposit. I still do not have access to my winnings or the remaining balance, and I still cannot access my account.

Don’t play here

Don’t play here. I made a 500$ bet mid game, and I only had 2 options, visiter or home when I made this basketball pick, Indiana was behind and I bet on them to catch up and win. The ticket was 1500$ if I won. I was looking at my ticket and as I was looking at it”it not included in this bet@ was added with 54 seconds left in game. Now they are telling me that I was offered a tie feature during the bet, which I’m 1000 percent sure it wasn’t there. So the game tied and Apperently this one game out of 1000s of basketball games, ties aren’t allowed, but they failed to mention any of this to me during the bet. Bottom line, I won the bet in overtime but because they added this policy to my ticket with 54 seconds left ,I lost 500$, and to boot ,they won’t pay me my money I cashed out, str tching it out forever. Gamble here if you want a slimy site to deal with. Never cashed out 1 time. Spend 5000$ and they don’t honour there bets due to there policy’s which aren’t law. I really suggest people should start complaining to there local gaming boards about them cause this site is the farthest thing from legit. Bad experience.

Last year they put something on my acc that i cant use or open my bp camp and i had a lot of bp that time. They told me its a major construction on the BP Camp but how did it happen because my friends can play with it. No valid reason that they did that to my acc. My point is as a loyal player\regular player im in to bp points also thats why i play because of those free bonuses. So they put freeze on my bp camp for almost two months and cant even say any reason why it did happen to my acc only. Then after that bp camp issue they fix it so i immediately buy things with my bp points right after buying and spending almost 10k bp points they put Disputecharge on my acc. They tell me i need to fix it first to play again but it take me so long to fix it because i dont even know and how did they put disputecharge on my acc then i fix it and went to my bank. so i cleared everything but my bonuses just got waisted like expired. I tried to tell them and i ask if i can refund anything but they refused like its my fault why it did happen to my acc and all of my bonuses just got waisted. Its about the time you expend for those bp and just got waisted for nothing and the blame is on you like shit.

Made a deposit via cryptocurrency. Made the first withdrawal of money, received a cancellation and assigned verification. While going through verification, I won the amount from 41 usdt to 700 usdt. Passed all the verification stages, provided all the necessary documents. Waited for the withdrawal for 5 days, wrote to support every day where I was deceived that the withdrawal was on the way. On the 5th day, that is, today, all the money was written off from the account allegedly violating the rules. Moreover, this casino does the same thing with all users. Do not dare to play there if you do not want to lose time, nerves and money.
