Absolute scam. They require a $50 to veriy your account them they require $100 to verify ypur wallet. Im fairly confident if you pay this there will be another charge for something else. They are quick to respond in their support but i believe tjis to be AI answering as every message is word for word the exact same. For a company that sponsors some very big sports they should be ashamed associating their name to a scam site

The customer service and technical system are unsatisfactory. First of all you need to write to them to request for updating contact phone number. In most websites you can simply do it by yourself with the control of authorisation code sent to the new phone number. Secondly, I have made such request since December 2021, until now February 2022, I still do not receive one sms on my new phone number. While through other channels like Forum, or my friend having account, I learnt that promotional sms had been sent (sometimes with email then I also know, sometimes only sms then I didn’t receive). The first time I wrote to the customer service, they updated my phone number and saying the case was closed. Then I told them I didn’t receive anything for a few more times by email, they simply ignored me. Absolutely POOR customer service.
