I deposited money on this platform and when I tried to withdraw, it showed "No payment methods are currently available."

When I contacted their support, they told me I need to deposit a minimum of $50 to get my account "verified" before I can withdraw anything. This is NOT how legitimate platforms work. Verification should be done through identity documents, not by forcing customers to deposit more money.

This is a clear scam tactic designed to steal your money. They make it impossible to withdraw and keep asking for more deposits under fake conditions.

I have screenshots of all conversations as proof.

STAY AWAY from this website. You will lose your money.

I had a very disappointing experience with Betssen and think players should understand the risks before depositing there.

I won approximately €6,600 playing slots legitimately. The winnings were credited to my account balance normally and I continued playing without any restrictions. I also submitted a withdrawal request of around €3,000, which the system accepted and processed against the displayed balance.

Only afterward did support tell me that my winnings would allegedly be capped to €2,500 because of a “50x last deposit” rule tied to a €50 deposit.

The issue for me is not simply that they have Terms & Conditions. The issue is that:

* the winnings were already credited,
* the balance was displayed as valid,
* a withdrawal request was accepted,
* and gameplay continued normally before the rule was enforced retroactively.

They never accused me of:

* cheating,
* fraud,
* bonus abuse,
* or multiple accounts.

This was purely a payout limitation dispute.

I understand casinos need rules, but if a balance is supposedly invalid or capped, that should be communicated immediately — not after the winnings have already been credited and used.

Because of this experience, I closed my account and will not use the site again.

Scammers rigged games. Wish I had read the reviews before putting a deposit. Totally rigged games. Do not even waste your time and money.

I am extremely disappointed with Betssen. I have a balance of $22.29 in my account, but when I tried to withdraw it, the system blocked me with a message saying "Client is restricted from making a withdrawal". When I contacted support to verify my identity, they sent me an official email stating that I am NOT ELIGIBLE for verification unless my total deposits reach $50! This is predatory behavior to force users to deposit more money just to get their own funds back. Stay away from this site!
Update: They are still ignoring my emails and holding my $22.29 hostage unless I deposit $50. I have sent a final warning.

Give 5 star if I can withraw new player I deposit 1100 pesos and when try to withraw asking car to deposit minimum 3k to verify acc this is the first time I encounter a legit casino like this and the other verify profile is different from verification to withraw. Dont ever play at this shit site, for depositing money it is gonna be quick but when it comes to withdraw u need to do 20000 steps and at the end nothing. it is a scam scam scam please dont ever deposit at this site and if somebody can spread the message please do that. Thank you

i had an account that they blocked. I ve deposited 55e and won 400e (455e in my wallet). When I wanted to withdrawal my money they struggled to verify my account although I ve sent all the documents. Once they verified my account they told me I didn't respected the roulette rules without sending any proof and then ignored me messages and emails. I tried to talk to their organization but no answer

Betssen is a SCAM site, I requested a withdrawal of 294 eur yesterday and here is their response:
"Dec. at 1:17 p.m.
Dear Customer,

Your withdrawal request has been rejected due to a technical issue. We kindly ask you to submit smaller withdrawal requests so we can process them without delays"

have been a VIP player on Betsen for a long time, depositing money daily and never having any problems with deposits or withdrawals — until recently.

Since October 17th, I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds, but the system suddenly shows that withdrawals are disabled for my account. I contacted customer support several times, and they keep telling me that there are “technical issues.” However, I can still make new deposits without any problem, which clearly shows this is not a real technical issue.

It’s very suspicious that this happened right after a few winning sessions. It feels like Betsen is intentionally blocking my withdrawals and keeping my money. This is unfair, unethical, and possibly fraudulent behavior.

I won on the site. One day, citing arbitrage/fraud, they didn't pay out my winnings, only the amount I deposited. Then they blocked my account. Even if you win, they don't pay you!

i deposited with skrill at this trash scamers and after placing some bets and won i tried to withdraw. the suport sent me a suspicious link for the verification. after i did they closed my acc and voided my balance saying that i didnt login (wich i did) for a long time. so my money is gone! Dont put your info in the link wich they provide cos is only to steal your data

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM I got sent a link from the "help chat" after requesting for my money to be withdrawn, they didnt do that and sent me a link that takes you to a different website with malicious software that take your details as you write it.

This website is pure SCAM….I made a multiple single sport bet yesterday night on 10/07/2025 and made $2433 after making a deposit of $10 and they restricted me from withdrawing my funds, then on asking them they said they are just checking and updating my account and I would be able to withdrawal my money and the process takes 24 hours.12 hours later on 11th June they said I had two accounts and I sent forged document to acquire verification bearing in mind I have a 4-5 month age verified account with real documents I sent and verified with the government stamp on it. And other very unreal make up cases that I committed. They took my $2433.60 winning left me $10 to withdraw my deposit and closed my account permanently.

Anytime you win a big payout they will always find an excuse of not giving your money and they don’t say what exactly terms you broke but just generalize it as one in the terms and condition.
When you ask them what you did specifically they won’t tell you but say check the terms and conditions.
