These criminals tried to use my credit card after closing my account.
I deposited about 3 weeks ago (foolish I know now having read the reviews), and played my balance until I won £400 a week ago and decided to request a withdrawal.
I heard nothing for a couple of days, so sent a message to support.
Someone called William got back to me with a really rude email, telling me that I had breached the terms and my account has been closed.
I emailed back to ask why, as I had not done anything wrong.
I got an email back telling me that I was a ‘Loser’ and could do nothing about what they do.
I then received a call from my bank a couple of hours later querying an attempted transaction of exactly $4000 usd from my account to a well known crypto currency company.
Needless to say, this transaction was blocked and my card cancelled.
Now, I clearly cannot point my finger at Betswagger for the use of my card, but is is very strange that there was an attempted use within hours of my email contact with this William bloke. I have never been the victim of credit card misuse before.
I really cannot be bothered with chasing up this sad act of a casino for a few hundred quid, because, quite frankly, I don’t need the money, and have better things to do with my time.
I just wanted to post this as a warning to others having now read the reviews.

Avoid at all costs. They are crooks. Joined less than 2 weeks ago and had a win of few hundred pounds weekend and tried to withdraw money. Money disappeared and now saying I broke their terms and conditions so closed my account as I complained to them. They was happy for me to deposit money but as soon as want to withdraw different matter. Stay away as you will never get your winnings. Trust me you will never get your winnings.Please stay away luckily I only lost a few hundred pounds could have been alot worse so be aware.

Tyler james kirkby you have won a minimal amount I have had payouts myself from betswagger before. In total I have deposited roughly about 4k and won about 6k with no issues over various deposits and withdrawals, but this William dornat is now withholding my 13.7k as I won it from a 200 pound deposit from he has even said in one email you have already won too much money with us how ridiculous is that and you think it's ok to question my anger at him not in a bad way you carry on and get shafted then you will know what it feels like. This guy will pay out the small bets because it no skin off his greasy nose but someone like andrea who is owed 88.5k u imagine how pissed off you would be I'm fuming about 13.7k so dont question people getting paid out when he's happy to pay you out 500 odd quid it's not even close. Inspector gadget fair play for confronting the cun* you can see from his email replies mine are legit and this company is absolute scum and fraudulent. All I will say people if you want to bet here carry on i have put it out there what it's like if you are stupid enough to do it and get shafted down the line dont say you wasnt warned. If you read my other reviews they are sub licenced off of another gaming licence that is not legit read other reviews. They will be blacklisted soon because that is my aim more so than the money now. Recently used this casino and I won £583 on Saturday emailed the casino and they said the money would be in my account by Tuesday and was in there today. So I don’t know why people give this casino bad reviews highly rate it and will be using it in future.

Opened an account 2 years a ago and lost a fortune. Closed it down and was barred form opening any more account. Still allowed me to open a new account 2 months ago and have lost £1750. Requested a refund as they should not have let me open an account under their responsible gambling terms. William Dornet who clearly runs this sham with his partner Filicity (these are the only 2 people you ever get a response from) said " no refund tough " :) even put a smily face on email.
Avoid like the plague, I am in the process of emailed curraco gambling commission and the local police department .

Terrible, deposited £100 but had trouble with the deposits going through, said wasn't going through, managed with another card ,then noticed they'd still taken money out of other card when said hadn't gone through, sent message to them offering bank statement to prove they had taken money and not crediteded account. Got no reply, They are not a reliable site, and will steal your cash.
