Just joined the gym referral by doctor, the staff are all really pleasant and go out of their way to help and understand what to do.
Went to aqua aerobics last night was brilliant recommended it to anyone who has problems with joints etc . Everywhere is clean and tidy hopefully I'll be a regular as it does make you more positive and feel better once you've been 😁👍💯
