You’re simply the best, better than all the rest
This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. Which is why I took out a membership on Tuesday 7th April 2026. And since I joined I have used the gym on 3 or 4 separate occasions.

The Shankill leisure centre gym is terrible, they keep removing the equipment and never replace it with anything new.. If you want new members invest and then locally advertise.. Wave machine squash courts sauna steamroom indoors for football or whatever.. its like you as an owner group are letting it decay and fall apart until no one is actually using it

1. Really appreciate and enjoyable atmosphere in the Gym.
1. My membership was suspended but within 3 days sorted out and I am regularly attending and enjoying Gym.
2.all staff are helpful and cooperative too.

Unfortunate staffing issue
When I joined and paid, I had to wait a week for an appointment with a fitness instructor as I'm new to gyms and wanted to be shown how to use the equipment and be given a routine to follow. When I arrived for the appointment, the member of staff had retired! I was then left to work it out for myself - not very efficient or safe!

I apologise for the delay in scheduling your appointment and the inconvenience caused by the staff member's abscence. This certainly isn’t the standard we aim to provide. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, so we’ll be looking into improving our communication and appointment scheduling process. In the meantime, we’d love to offer you a new session with a different trainer to ensure you feel supported and confident with the equipment and routine. Basic club/facilities friendly staff
My first impression wasn't that good, because I waited over 20 mins before any representative arrived at reception and when they did, there was a queue of people with greater priorities than mine (double booking for other customers) 🫤. I have to say though that the duty manager redeemed the situation and I ended up becoming a member thereafter. It's a community club, basic, but ticks all the boxes I need and the staff have been very welcoming

Great gym visit
What a great first visit...good facilities and almost empty during my visit; at one time I had the gym to myself. I was able to use all the equipment in the gym as I wanted to. I'm looking forward to visiting again!

It is easy to book a swimming slot on the app. The staff are very helpful with advice and very approachable and encouraging. I have started swimming to do exercises in water following a hip operation. The staff have been very helpful facilitating this.
