Alzheimer's disease
I have Alzheimer's disease. When I tried to book a gym session, I couldn't remember my password. I went to the gym anyway and explained my predicament. The fellow on the entrance (sorry, I can't remember his name) helped me to change my password, so I can now book a session from home.

The staff are lovely….
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am happy I joined appleby gym, I especially love the fact that I get to see the beautiful waterfall whilst using the treadmills. Idyllic surroundings. And always plenty of free space in the changing areas/lockers for personal belongings. The toilets & showers are super clean aswell!!

Swimming Lessons
My children have recently started swimming lessons, and the teacher is amazing. So so good with them - very patient and very fun. They absolutely love going each week.
