It has everything that u look for in a gym and sports center also im able to bring my 5 year old son swimming any day of the week as he love the water, also the staff are very friendly and outgoing people that are always there to help with anything you need

I would like to inform you that the majority of our facilities are equipped with either a family changing area or a designated disabled changing facility, which allows parents to assist their children in preparing for swimming sessions. However, we sincerely apologise if such amenities are not available at the centre you frequent. We are pleased to share that we plan to convert most of our changing areas into changing villages in the future, ensuring that parents can better assist their children during activities.

Paid for membership but no service with no refund
I would have given it a 0 star but there is none, I paid for a swimming lesson @£34 for Ballysillan, I know it’s not anyone’s fault but the Instructor I think had an accident and that means I can’t get any lesson and at the same time I was told it’s a direct debit so I can’t get my money back, I’m gonna cancelling my membership because I honestly don’t think there is no way I can get my refund and that no one just cares about it enough to go through the process.
