The staff are extremely helpful sorting out a DD issue.. the facilities are superb, equipment clean and new with a great variety for both men and women.

Junior customers are only permitted in the gym during specific times of the day.
If you’d prefer to avoid these busier periods, we recommend visiting before 3pm or after 6pm.

Easy to join and book classes, staff friendly and helpful
Really easy to register and set up membership. Very helpful staff supporting you, from the reception team to the instructors. Great use of tech in the app and digital membership card, that makes booking classes very simple. Would recommend.
