Staff at the desk were very helpful showing us where to go. The instructor was very relaxed and personable with the children and gave feedback after the swimming lesson. The pool was small compared to others in the area but it was actually warm and class sizes were small enough that each child got some one to one time with the instructor during the course of the lesson. The changing facilities were great and my kids were fascinated by the swimsuit drying machine.

My daughter just started swimming…
My daughter just started swimming lessons and was a bit shy, but the instructor put her at ease. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. My daughter loved it and can't wait to go back.

Went to a yoga class. It was packed. Couldn't hear or see the teacher. The room was roasting because a member of the public decided he was in charge of the heating.

I was on a monthly contract of £23 following completing the referral programme. This recently changed to "Graduate" contact of £35 even though I'm a pensioner and should have been put on a senior rate as Better have all my details. Plus most of the aqua aerobic classes which I attend have been stopped meaning there is great competition getting a place on the two classes that are run.

Better made fitness more accessible financially. It provided exercise as a support to physio therapy treatment and the discount rate after the 12 week period has encouraged me to continue with Better Gym.
