Very dirty changing rooms, broken showers with rusty metal and very little water coming out when others open their taps. There are only 2 showers where the head is detachable so that if you are a parent can wash your child without soaking yourself. Two hair dryers with a massive queue behind. It is a place that you would never expect in central London.

Our whole family uses the service, we all have different activities, and every time we email for a question we receive support/answer very quickly and always accurately, especially from Katie :)

Nice pool with wide lanes, but can Cally Road please notify members when school swimming classes will be taking place?!! I say this because pretty much any time I go during weekday off-peak hours, it's heaving with school children. There's zero notice on the website/app to indicate that the pools will be packed at certain times. I'm not averse to kids having swimming lessons, but it's frustrating that these ones are always very poorly-mannered and show zero consideration towards other pool users. And that's before you even get in the pool.
The school teachers should be setting a better example, not letting the kids scream their heads off and then laugh off their unruly behaviour. There's always a struggle to even get into the centre as a massive cluster of kids perennially blocks the entrance/hallway/doorways of the reception and changing areas. Also, there aren't enough showers to go around for 20+ kids and other customers. It's not appropriate in a communal changing area either!

I recently joined the Cally gym again due to health reasons, the staffs especially Jack and Sherena have been exceptionally helpful and motivating me, even the online customers services staff was very friendly and helpful, I’m glad I joined here, however there is one problem that is an issue, and that is the changing rooms, and toilet, I had no idea changing room was mixed, it’s quite uncomfortable having to change with male participants, the showers and toilets walls are open from the bottom and top, it feels very unsafe to shower or use the toilets not thinking if anyone is peeping. Last Wednesday I waited more
Than 15 minutes to use the shower after swimming because there were male
Workers in-front of the showers,
I started shivering, with being diabetic I was a bit concerned for my health. This should not been allowed to do so, I have spoken to few other members who were also uncomfortable, there should be a solution for this, how can you have male female change room in same place.

The manager Sherena was efficient and extremely friendly and helpful.
The equipment was in good order.
However, the cleanliness of the space was appalling. Dirty and dusty throughout. Equipment that had not been cleaned for a considerable amount of time. This fact alone is simply inexcusable and disappointing that I have to raise it. Please do take immediate action please.
I would like to continue my membership.
The whole space needs a deep clean.

Overall it was a good experience. I would just feel more comfortable if the changing rooms weren't communal for all genders. Also, the showers are ok for a quick rinse but not for a more decent shower as there was nowhere to place what you need for that, other than the floor.
