Not very welcoming
Not very welcoming; centre has a 'functional' vibe. Reception staff need further training, they have difficulty dealing with queries. Signposting could be clearer; e.g. how to obtain locker tokens. For those of us who are short-sighted, lockers at pool have numbers too small to see once glasses removed. Trainer very good, however.
