Soft play busy body
Come here a few times with my children and the lady who ‘supervises’ the soft play thinks she is Sargent major.
Constantly asking the children to do things such as clean out the ball pall as she can’t reach. Have told her I pay for my children to come here and play and they will not be doing such things.
Think they need to re-look at who they employ for jobs here. Have also made a complaint to staff regarding her too as this is not a one off, there’s always something every time we come.

Very Happy with Better…
I have been with Better (Tower Hamlets, London) for a few months now. Really enjoy all the classes, I do weekly Aqua Aerobics, Swimming lessons and Tennis. I will also start going to the women’s gym soon. It’s definitely better to pay the monthly membership, if you find yourself doing a few activities per week. Fitness and stamina levels have definitely improved - very happy. The instructors (Jennifer and Margaret) are excellent, creative, fun and informative, the centre staff are friendly and helpful, and online customer service have been prompt and helpful with their responses to my queries. I didn’t give the full 5 Stars due to the women’s changing room being not up to standard - in desperate need of modernising! Otherwise very happy!

The Swim For All sessions should have a slow lane and a fast lane for swimmers and the more experienced swimmers should be using the fast lane. I will pass on your comments for the attention of the centre manager so this issue can be looked into on your behalf so you can continue to enjoy your swim sessions at the centre.

Improvement needed
You don’t have an inclined sit-up bench. The gym space is small and cramped.
The showers are disgusting. There are no lockers in the gym changing room meaning you have to leave your bags unsecured as you shower.
The pool changing room lockers swallows 20p coins meaning you always need to remember to bring some. How about a money changing machine?
