Booking classes at Penrith is a nightmare for instance when the evening indoor cycling is added each week it is always fully booked but come Thursday there are spaces????

He made me feel relaxed and very welcomed in a place I would have felt to be the odd one out. Every stage of the process has been very positive and enjoyable. the men's showers are always dirty and at 8 o'clock in the morning I don't think anyone cleans them during the night, the men's hair dryer doesn't work, it only blows cold air and it's very noisy
