Very supportive.

We had booked a few nights to stay at the Riverside campsite, but due to being unwell, we had to cancel. The staff were very understanding and supporting, we had our money refunded with no trouble, and a week later a lovely email from Ben ( customer services), asking if we were recovering from being ill, and they would be looking forward to seeing us next time. That was a very caring thing to do, in this day and age. Looking forward to rebooking.

Riverside open air pool - Wallingford

Dear Kevin, Joe and all the Better team
I don’t live locally but wanted to swim in your open air pool.
I downloaded the app and booked a session and paid which couldn’t have been easier.
All the information I needed for example lockers, and how they operate, showers, café were all explained on the app.
When I arrived in good time for my session at 8.20am, I explained that this was my first visit and the member of staff on duty booked me in and explained everything, including letting me know there were googles etc. on sale if I needed anything.
The member of staff spoke clearly, was friendly, looked very smart and very professional.
The toilets were clean as were the changing rooms and the showers lovely and warm.
I don’t know why your rating is not higher, I am happy if you want to publish my feedback.

A lovely pool, perfect setting

A lovely pool. Just the right temperature, warm showers, adequate changing cubicles. Very helpful staff.
