Great lesiure centre
My son has been coming to swimming lessons here for the past few years and absolutely loves it. He has progressed some much and the swim teachers are great. The centre is always clean and the staff friendly. Thank you.

Decent pool a little busy but clean !
It's a great little pool with a good booking system though you will need to book 5-6 days in advance. Staff friendly , the centre is clean and well cared for. Criticism? Flippin eck it's warm so you continue to sweat after your shower.

It’s was the first time I have been to the Swimming Pool for a few years and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed getting back into swimming and will be looking to go about 3-4 times a week.

I have recently became a member of Sleaford. The conditions of the facilities are clean and spacious.
Trying to book onto the aqua classes is quite challenging. The system goes live at 22:00 every night and within 1 minute all 40 spaces are booked. However, they do offer a waiting list, which you do need to check if there are any cancellation and these do get snapped up very quickly.
The communication is very good via emails.
Overall the instructors are very good and I find (when I am able to book) 40 minutes is a good length of exercise time.

The staff are friendly, hard working to keep all customers happy and the centre clean and tidy. Even during busy sessions at the weekend the staff always are approachable and have a smile! The pools are warm and a great temperature to have a swim in

Showers not great. Very low pressure. Just dribbles out of the shower head,

He took very well to his teacher Aaron which made him feel more at ease in himself and Aaron was very accommodating towards him .

A positive and enjoyable pastime
Both my wife and I are on the wrong side of 70 and our experience to date of Better has been very positive with regard to the helpful friendly staff and the excellent facilities. In my case Gym and pool. In particular, my gym induction was thorough and very helpful. My wife is certainly benefiting from the various group classes she attends.
