This is by far one of the best soft plays i’ve taken my son to. It’s so spacious and has a variety of activities for kids to enjoy. The staff are incredible especially Shanice she is so accommodating and makes us feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

Great sports centre and very friendly staff. Everyone is approachable and helpful. It has a full pro 400m athletics track and many other great facilities

Today I took my 2 grandsons to Clip and Climb at Sutcliffe Leisure centre Kidbrooke they are aged 7 and 4. I must say the staff on duty were amazing so polite and helpful. Myself and grandsons had difficulty clipping on to equipment and the staff came over to help time after time.

Sutcliffe Park monthly athletics membership
The booking and arrival process worked well and Sutcliffe Park is a great facility. Nice atmosphere on the track and monthly membership means I can concentrate on my training versus clock-watching to make sure I don't overrun.

We had an amazing all-female session at Clip & Climb yesterday, and everyone absolutely loved it! With a group of 21 people ranging from ages 4 to 50, it was a fantastic experience for all. The staff were incredibly supportive, the reception team was welcoming, and the whole place was clean and well-maintained. A huge thank you to Sutcliffe Leisure Centre for making it such a great experience—we’ll definitely be back!

My Daughter attends the gymnastics club at Sutcliffe Park Leisure Centre. All the coaching staff are friendly and professional, and have the perfect balance of planning sessions which are both fun and great for the child's development.

After taking our 1 year old toddler and a friend to the soft play in the past which they enjoyed , we thought it would be a nice place for a small celebration for his second next month . We planned on taking the two little ones in for a soft play session followed by a small celebration in the cafe , where we would purchase snacks and beverages. I asked if I could bring in a birthday cake to be told by the manager that I could not do this . Disappointed and will look for a more accommodating venue.

Most horrendous staff, no empathy and beyond unhelpful!
And to make things worse, after seeing my review below, the venue asked for my contact details via Trustpilot, which I quickly provided, but I got no contact from them.
We had the most terrible experience at my daughter's birthday party. She had an accident in the party room where her fingers were crushed in the window.
Unfortunately, the staff did not care and kept telling us we had to empty the room for the next party. Zero empathy. As we couldn't cut the cake in the party room, we asked to use one of the tables from the café (outside so it wouldn't disturb the empty café) but even then our request was denied.
Luckily we found a bench outside and my friend was kind enough to kneel on the floor to cut the cake for 24 children. The venue besides having no empathy for the party girl who had just suffered an accident, also refused to help with logistics for the party to end well.
Very disappointed. I would never recommend hiring this awful venue for a party.

Incredible and helpful staff from booking to activity at the day of the party!
We had a party at Clipn'Climb and I have to mention that from booking with Ollie at the reception desk - the best customer service I have ever received - Ollie thanks a million for being so efficient - to all the party staff on the day (Delante and team!) , you were all phenomenal! Thanks for making my girl's bday so special !!! Amazing experience!

We love using Sutcliffe Park Sports Centre with my two daughters. The facilities are great! The value is great as well! We use Clip and Climb facilities. We did gymnastics in the past. Now one of my daughters started Athletics. The track is lovely. The coaching and communication is great. We are always glad to do activities at Sutcliffe Park.

Sutcliffe Park Sports centre has some great unique activities including climbing, athletivs and gymnastics. The centre is very clean and activities are great. The booking process could be better and more information on the website would be helpful
