Not enough space for swimming
I have paid for £62 Includes £12 registration fee for the first time for only swimming.unfortunately nothing was reasonable as I was expected. Swimming pool was full with kids who just learning. I do understand kids needs learning swimming but in that case you shouldn’t offer any extra space for adult.monthly £44 which is not very simple money and swimming pool was cold.

We understand how frustrating it can be when the environment isn't as you anticipated, especially when you're looking forward to a relaxing swim. While we do aim to provide space for both adults and children, we acknowledge that a crowded pool can impact the experience. Your point about balancing time and space between different user groups is valid, and we will take this into consideration as we review our scheduling and capacity management.
Regarding the temperature of the pool, we aim to maintain a setting that is comfortable for most users, but we recognise this doesn’t always suit everyone. Your feedback will be shared with our facilities team to ensure we reassess this where possible.
