I recently bought a membership, and I was really happy as I got to go gym AND swimming. But the issue here is, I could swim full length perfectly but the woman and staff members said I couldn't even though my friends saw the entire thing. They said im not allowed the deep end, so i asked them to test me. They declined, and the woman working as the lifeguard muttered the inappropriate word 'b*tch' and got moody with me. I am not this kind of person to make reviews, but i believe i needed to with this incident.

Cold water no swimming pool for small kids. On reception i ask for lock they said i can take my clothing with me. I asked to get my money back becouse i go only once time and i payed 41 pound and i was no happy with this swimming pool.

Shockingly bad, infuriating barriers to contacting my local centre direct. Circular, exasperating numbered options on the telephone menu. Designed to avoid customer contact rather than be of service to the customer. Faceless. No community orientation.

If you wish to speak to staff directly at the leisure centre you would need to either pop into the centre or email them. This is so our staff are able to assist customers directly on the shop floor without any other distractions.

Do not get a membership here
Do not get a membership here! Rubbish opening hours on a weekend for what you pay for and the sauna & steam room are barely open on a Saturday. There used to be a weight room downstairs which they have now closed. You are now left with a small overcrowded gym area, what a waste of space. This is a joke! Much better gyms elsewhere. This place was well maintained before Better took over. Update: they've made the already small gym even smaller by adding a female only area LMAO

Most of the machines in the gym are out…
Most of the machines in the gym are out of order! Why does the pool open at 6.30am one day and closed the next? The pool times are so weird it was better when it was west view measure centre. This place has gone down hill loads!

The repair of equipment at the centre is handled by the operations manager so I will forward your comments for their attention so this issue can be looked into and resolved. The pool timetable will differ depending on swimming lessons and private bookings but we try our best to cause as little disruption as possible, so please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused during this time.
