The customer service department today was outstanding in helping me with my booking as I had mental health issues and find it hard to manage the new system they have at Woolwich waves my representative tayo went above and beyond to help us sort out the booking and we went there today for the first time not bad I must say the area itself is way to small and they will have to improve the space situation if that is possible. The slides are a great addition to the previous one. I wouldn’t say it is brilliant but it is better for the activity part actually to be totally honest the pool size is ridiculously small other then that it is all good. Also my I add the staff were amazing at reception and all staff in general
