I have been a customer of Better Chemist for a couple of years now and I can only join in the general praise of the previous comments. My contact is also Lydia and she is the best. Always helpful and quick to answer my orders and mails. And regarding dispatch of orders she is faster than "the police allows" as we say in Germany. In short I can recommend Better Chemist 100 %.

I’ve been using Better Chemist for over 5 years now. I’ve always had top notch service. I think only one time there was a little mix up due to me giving an incorrect address and the worlds best customer service person who’s name is Lydia fixed everything by the next day! I love this company and Lydia goes above and beyond to get my products out and delivered to me in a weeks time and I’m in the US! She’s fabulous. She answers all my questions and gives me suggestions on things I might need.

My 2nd review! Horrendous to deal with. After the last review stating they have refunded, I checked and nothing! Sent them an email... no reply. Phone them.... no reply. Trying to get on their website and its seems to not be working. Avoid!!!!

Great help, was offered advice over the phone during the lock down, when I could not leave my house.

I placed an order on 7th April and it never arrived. It still says "pending" on the order however I rang on numerous occasions and sent messages via email and messaged through site with no reply. I am disabled and have nobody getting shopping for me so I rely on online purchases and apart from that I cant afford to just throw money away. If the shop was closed then the website should not have been taking orders. It would have been nice to even get a message explaining the situation but to just be ignored is rude, frustrating and bad business.

Two emails (no replies)
Money has been taken from my bank.
According to my online account with them, it is still processing. What are they doing? Growing it?!
I have escalated this with Trading Standards as they always seem to reply on here but are never able to answer the phone or reply to emails. Funny that?!

Ordered some tablets 27/3/20, money paid 30/3/20. Nearly 3 weeks later still waiting. I have tried a contact form, no reply. Rang them 15/4/20 told 'sorry the number you have dialled is not in service'. I would like a full refund but I cannot get an answer from anyone! The most annoying thing is their website does not mention any delays due to COVID-19, and they are still saying if you order before 2.00 pm your order will arrive the next day. They are being paid for goods they do not send out. Can anyone help please. Later today I received an email telling me to contact them with my name and order number for a full refund. I did receive a full refund, thank you.

Can i first correct you that i am a Miss not a Mr, also you refer to have "already told me i have had a refund??" Ive never had a response from you until today and i have not had a refund, the money was taken from my account on the 25/03/20, i have an order number as well as a screen shot of my order, when i purchased the calpol it was showing as in stock if that was not the case why was i not contacted to tell me this, i would like a refund but have still not been given this!!

I ordered 2 bottles of calpol for my child obviously because they are unwell its been over 2 weeks since i ordered but nothing arrived, the money has gone straight out of my account but nothing, ive contacted them on the online contact form on their website twice now but no reply, i think they are scamming people, i will be following this up with my bank, ive since had to source calpol elsewhere as i couldnt wait any longer, annoyed
