Had my spa delivered last week which I bought from the Aylesbury! Helen the branch manager was so helpful guiding me through the different options and delivery process without any pressure! The delivery team Reece and James couldn’t be more helpful

Appalling, don't use. Ex display model arrived with a "slight scratch" which was more like a gaping hole badly patched with resin still wet, even the delivery guys were embarrassed bringing it. Customer service appalling, no compensation or replacement offered and declined when requested. Do not use

I’ll be honest I first visited Durham branch to look at the hot tubs to get a feel of them in the flesh after looking online at a different company. I didn’t intend to buy from here however upon walking in the door it was clear to me these guys were the place to buy from. Not at any point were they like pushy sales people Infact far from it. My daughter & I were looking at all the tubs & one of the managers showed me how one worked & answered all my queries without pushing any sale. We got an instant feeling of being comfortable & knowing this was the exact company we wanted to buy from ! After reviewing their site & online reviews it proved to us that we were in good hands. Absolutely amazing service from the very beginning with an amazing quality product. The tub arrived yesterday & installation wasn’t an issue for the 2 guys who came. Absolutely amazing service & we can’t thank you enough. We know for sure we’re in good hands to ask any queries that might arise & incase we have any issues in the future. That’s one of the main reasons we didn’t want to purchase from a company online ! I always speak as I find & honestly we can’t fault these guys not one bit! Keep up the good work guys, we can’t recommend you highly enough !!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Absolutely fantastic service & advice from this company!

After shopping around and visiting many hot tub showrooms up and down the country, we visited this one and found them to be by far the best for advice and helpfulness.
My husband has a long body and has struggled to find a hot tub deep enough to accommodate him comfortably. And although we were initially interested in a high cost hot tub at this showroom, instead of trying to hard sell us, they took the time to understand our needs and steered us towards a different model much more suitable to hubbies body shape. We arranged to go back and wet test but unfortunately, it wasn't quite right in terms of size but the power was phenomenal. At no point did they try and convince us to buy.

I so wanted to buy from this company as everyone involved, especially Geoff and Craig, were so knowledgable and genuine, you just know that the after sales service is going to be good (other reviews bear that out).

I would recommend to everyone thinking about buying a hot tub to go to these guys. The power and quality of the hot tubs in this price range are brilliant, the advice they give is absolutely genuine - not just looking to get sales figures up! And they gladly spend the time with you guiding you and demonstrating the tubs.

So sorry we couldn't purchase, but give them a try!

We recently purchased the all new Milan hot tub, having seen the videos on line and speaking with Craig at the Shewsbury branch. From point of sale to delivery it could not have gone smoother. The 2 man delivery team were excellent and helpful. We did experience a problem, but Jo in the office arranged for an engineer to visit the next day and it was sorted. These days its rare to get a friendly and clearly caring company who will do what they can to help in both pre and post sale service The Milan was a great choice for us, well priced and service could not be faulted. I would not hesitate to recommend this professional company. Penny

We purchased a tub back in April, and from start to finish we cannot fault the customer service from everyone that we had communication with. We absolutely love our Antigua 2 hot tub, perfect for family and entertaining. We had some issues getting it in the garden (our fault entirely due to access) but the team quickly arranged for this to be sorted, couldn’t have asked for more. Today - I’ve raised a ticket due to a slight bit of damage on one of the diverter parts. Within hours a replacement part has been sorted and Craig is coming to fit for us next week. Couldn’t ask for better service! So if you’re on the fence don’t be, you won’t be disappointed which makes life much easier when picking from the vast amount of online retailers, our best decision was choosing better living outdoors. 👏🏼

We now have our Milan hot tub in place looking superb.
From contacting the company to the tub being fitted the service has been first class.

After sorting out a few contact problems at the start everything when smooth as silk, from the guys delivering it to Craig dealing with the sales and after care of my tub, delighted with it and wouldn’t hesitate to tell my friends to use these guys

We spent a long time deciding which tub to buy. Visited the showroom in Durham and the Sales staff were fantastic. We ultimately decided on the Milan hot tub after looking at the display model and having been shown the videos as there was no water in the display model. The videos clearly showing that pump 1 operated the lounger and the chair next to it.
Delivery was arranged and again no issue with this, the guys were great and explained everything and how to operate, however didn’t stay see the tub full ( even just a little bit). Understandable considering the time taken to do this (although some other companies do)
Once filled was where our issues started. The hot tub was not plumbed as stated, pump 1 only operated the lounger which made it too powerful for most users, the lights blew after 24hours, the diverter valves weren’t functioning correctly, there was a leak on one of the water features and one of the corner panels refused to stay on correctly. Contacted Better living and we were requested to fill out a form to report the issues and arrange an engineer to come out which we did, even though this was within 48hours of receiving the tub.
The engineer came within a week, replaced the driver for the lights, diagnosed a broken wire for which he didn’t have parts and advised us that the plumbing was correct as he had been in touch with the manufacturer who said it should be like that as 3 other people had the same issue. We phoned better living back and we’re assured that it definitely wasn’t the case and would get sorted. eventually We were offered a choice of like for like replacement, an upgrade or refund but this is where the standard of service went down. We opted for an upgrade at which were offered discount on another tub and we would pay an additional sum. There was no contact on status of upgrade/ delivery and we constantly had to chase for information being passed from pillar to post. The price of the upgrade increased £400 and then when finally invoiced went up a further £200. When questioned about the further increase got no reply so opted at this point for a refund and have decided to go elsewhere as obviously looking around have found that Better living are well overpriced. We initially went with BL because they were fairly local and had heard of good customer service and as this is not our experience have opted for another supplier who is offering the same BeWell hot tub for £1600 cheaper with the same additional items offered.
Our advice is shop around. Sales are good but after service is average at best and the same tubs can be found cheaper elsewhere. Tip; they are all named differently so search for number of jets!
