Bettermove came out promptly to provide a quote, which was very reasonably priced compared to others we considered. They also supplied boxes and tape, and even provided extra when we ran out, which was a huge help.
On moving day, they arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently and with care.
I would highly recommend Charlie and his team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service.

The company were flexible, kept to the times and days as finally agreed and made a great job of packing glass and China ware so that all arrived in good condition. The movers were thoughtful and friendly and worked consistently hard. I would recommend them.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with we have been with them a month and they have done nothing so wouldn’t recommend them to anyone so we going back to a high street estate agents

Better Move Removals were fantastic. This was our 4th move with them. The team were hard working, cheerful and were very adaptable for our move.
They didn't moan when our completion time was delayed by 4 hours, they went and got food to keep them going, neighbours gave them tea and coffee.
They worked up 'til 7 pm without a moan.
Chris Burt, the 'Boss' was great as ever.
I noticed a couple of poor reviews which is a shame and I'm sure with all the hundreds of times moving people this is rare.
I'm wondering if it is a different company than the one in Taunton ?

I don't even want to give one star but can’t leave a review without it.
Absolutely awful.
We put our move off a week to suit them, as they were having a quiet week. Told me 3 times I was booked and in the diary.
Then stopped answering calls and emails as I was trying to pay them. Then 5 days before our move date they pulled out. No explanation, nothing. Still wouldn’t answer calls our emails. Can’t stress enough how bad they are.

Started off OK but how it all changed, we had a large number of items broken and a number are still 'missing'. Reported the losses to the Police and we will be taking them to Court to recover the value of the 'lost' items. Strangely the lost items are a very high end TV, its matching DVD player and a number of other valuable items. we would never use them again and recommend anyone considering them to triple check their assurances of being fully insured, as apparently we weren't. They refuse to acknowledge any responsibility for the damaged or 'lost' items and the story of how it all happened has changed a number of times in emails to us. Beware
