Made a withdrawal 2 days ago, keep being advised 24 hours hours for each withdrawal step to complete but it’s been stuck at stage 1 since Monday. And keep being told the same timeframe over and over again even though that has come and gone!

I got a message from my Betway account manager David saying that on May15th there was a $275.00 reverse charge on my credit card and when I looked at my statement there was NO charge for $275.00 on Betway all throughout the month of May now they are saying that I owe them $275.00 and any winnings will be confiscated what freaking BS complete liars and thieves DO NOT TRUST THIS ONLINE CASINO SITE WHATSOEVER

Good luck if You need help from customer services, ridiculously long waits to get to speak to somebody, and after all that They still don't solve Your problem despite Them giving You a timeline of Them fixing a problem They created, absolutely tinpot, will be closing My account

Website is a complete scam, their promotion is stake 25 a week and recieve 2x £5 free bets which they don't give you so don't go near the site is my advise.

Betway stole my money!!!! I did a Nedbank Imali withdrawal and when I got to the atm it said voucher used. I contacted Betway and I waited so long annd finally got hold of an agent just for the call to be cut. I called Nedbank and they told me the voucher was cancelled back to Betway. Betway scams people out of their money. On my account it says Voucher redeemed. I never redeemed anything and the bank can vouch for that.

If I could give this negative I would. I had money on my account and changed my name so they wouldn't allow me to withdraw or deposit despite me sending in all the relevant verification documents. They are basically thieves as they are preventing me from accessing my own money. Emailed many times and just ignored. There is no live chat or any other way of contacting them. They should be reported, fined and put out of business!

Absolutely impossible to get any form of customer service, website goes round in circles so nothing gets resolved.

I spent.a tenner to get free £60 in promotions following everything and didn’t receive so I complained and eventually after awful customer service got in touch
But then found out simply cos I cashed out my bet and placed the exact same one like 5 minutes later cos I thought I didn’t press on the promotion that time I’m now not eligible for any bets.
So in doing something that made genuinely no difference to follow the company’s guidlinws I got scammed for a tenner

Been 72 hours since I created my account I deposited £20 instantly to use their sign up bonus once I deposited I was locked out immediately, been in live chat numerous times and told to wait at this point I just want my money back!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The agents are nothing but pure liars. The app is a scam and it glitches. They say it’s random but it’s all a lie.

Hi Betway was absolutely fine for me and has been for weeks then all of a sudden I was playing a game I put another £20 on and it suddenly said I was banned . I can’t log back in to even get my £20 back and there is nowhere to chat to anyone for help

No way to contact support, chat keeps closing. Waiting for days, trying to contact them by every way possible, no response, made deposits that never got in , it's lost, my money is lost, lagging, THEY JUST CLOSE THE CHAT ON ME , deposits don't go through, i been waiting days and hours wasting my time,

Please stay away from here. I deposited a £100 to play on sports. Made a acca which cashed out on £916. Sent a withdrawal request and they just go ahead to lock my account and permanently close it down! Not sure what I’ve done wrong but will be escalating this!

They are quick to take your money but will lock off your account once you win money!

On Thursday day night I selected withdrawal - cash send option via Standard Bank. Received the voucher number and pin as per usual but when I went to the atm to withdraw the funds. It said the voucher has already been redeemed. I don’t know how is that unless the Betway staff withdraw my money. I’ve been trying to get assistance via Live assist but that’s also useless.

I got well over 2000 pts on the casino club promotion. This is the 3rd time betway has refused to give me my rewards. You guys are the biggest joke. Absolutely ridiculous company. You know how much you have to wager to get that many points. You people are the biggest scam artists. Do not deposit to betway thinking you're gonna get your rewards cause your not. Can't believe you people argue with me about it. I do this every week. And you cant give me my rewards.

Absolute joke of a betting site.

I’ve used some poor bookmakers before, but this is the first time I’ve felt the need to write a review.

I signed up, deposited £100, and managed to place a Lucky 15 bet. Shortly afterwards, I was logged out and my account was blocked.

I then spent around an hour waiting on live chat, only to be told that I needed to provide my passport and proof of address. It would have been nice to know that before they accepted my deposit, as there was apparently no issue taking my money.

I sent the requested documents and received an email confirming they had been received. After waiting 24 hours, I contacted live chat again and was told to resend everything, which I did. I made it clear that if the issue couldn’t be resolved, I wanted my account closed and my money returned. I was assured that the matter had been escalated, my documents would be accepted, and I would soon be able to access my account.

Instead, I’ve now received yet another email asking me to send my ID documents again.

The whole process has been an absolute joke. If this is what it’s like just trying to access your account and place a bet with your own money, I can only imagine what it would be like trying to withdraw winnings.

As a user from New Zealand one thing you can't get wrong about betway is the fact that the withdrawal process after its being reviewed (unless you end up reversing any winnings back to your account then the 12-24hr review starts over again) is actually fast💯 BUT....... on the other hand the since the day I made & collected a decent withdrawal every single time I opt-in to the "PRIZE WHEELS" an when I say "PRIZE WHEELS" I'm talking for both "Prize wheel" & "Super Prize wheel(even after wagering or depositing the required amount" I still end up LOSIING😡
