My prize wheel hasnt worked for nearly 2 weeks now. Says its daily free prize wheel however after the first 3 days of me playing its not stopped and states sorry, not available. And the super prize wheel doesnt even show anymore?? I deposited £10 for my daily chances and also for the super prize wheel but since I had my super prize wheel theyre now both unavailable.
Ive emailed the company and corporate however no one has bothered to respond to help resolve this issue. Fuming! Missed out on 2 weeks of free prize wheel spins and cant access the super prize wheel even when I deposit £10...

Betway have a feature on their website where you can spin every day and get a randomly allocated amount of spins. For months, it was sincerely random, culminating a couple of weeks ago in a very fortutious 30 pound plus win for me on one of the games.

Since then, betway have rigged the game, ensuring I get the lowest amount of spins, 1, every single time. This has happened over 20 times now, which is statistically borderline impossible. In reading this crooked company's other reviews on this website, I've since discovered I'm not the only one.

I contacted their customer service and they had the audacity to insist to me that the game remains random, which is a bare faced lie. They then gave me the email address of their manager, who I tried to contact about the issue, but never heard back from.

They are liars, playing a fradulent game, punishing me for having the audacity to actually win on a game.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I won £2200 on the 20th dec 2023 I’m yet to see any of it. My account stated the money had been sent to me and would be in my account within 1-3 days. Fast forward to today and still nothing. Excuses being made and customer services is the worst. Absolutely ruined my Christmas. All take no give even when you win fairly. I’m leaving this review on my partners trust pilot account as I have no phone now either.

I have being on support chat for over one hour now. They say waiting on response from betway? Who am I talking too? I feel this site is a bit dodgy and a scam now.

I have won a treble today return was to be €1500 I only received €900. The bet return your saying there is a rule 4 on the 12:45 Thurles race. I have checked with all online bookmakers and my local shop bookmaker there is no rule 4 applied to this race @ 50%. That would mean a horse would have to be withdrawn at a price of even money or thereabouts according to your rules. There was no horse priced of those odds in the non runners list 12:45 Thurles. Please see attached bet. This is not acceptable as your meant be a reputable online bookmakers? I was a happy customer up until today. I fell like you steal my money doing this. Please can you return €600 to my account?

So once again I’m here I was here on April to lodg a complaint about Betway that they blocked me when I won my 6000 dollar but as soon as I came here and complaint they paid me out and that it I never used it no more the pass few months I start back trucking so I decided to start play and give it a try again this time I lose some money and they didn’t blocked me or anything now i won 25,400 now they blacklisted me and now they ignored me at the customer services , you can’t talk to no one by voice so make it even worst im so frustrated because I lose soo much money with Betway and now I win y’all blacklisted me and doing all the unprossional things again I just need my money and this time forsure I will never used Betway again, honestly I’m stressed out now …..I never did anything wrong all I did was betting big and parlaying a lot of games and they never once email me and said anything but now they blacklisted me all because I’m winning but when I was losing I wasn’t blacklisted this is not right I’m a owner operator of a trucking company I drive for a living and to win my money and don’t have access to it it’s a problem I’m so stressed I can’t even go to work pls can you just paid me my money pls

As a long standing customer of betway I'm in total shock that ALL MY PROMOTIONS have been suddenly stopped without a reason why. I have tried hours trying to contact through there very poor customer service as a robot doesn't understand . Very unhappy punter

Writing yet again about Betway- they promote their SuperWheel Spin promotion but when you try to claim it the game won’t download
This has happened on numerous occasions and you get a feeble response saying they will look into it and respond directly but never do

This betting site has all the attributes of a company about to go in to liquidation, I can't get a £220 withdrawel processed, they have no customer service agents, their live chat is not a thing, you can be anywhere in the queue when you join, then when you get to "you are next in line to be answered" you get cut off ...EVERY TIME!! Their help line number is not operational due to co-vid 19 (which was 4 years ago lol) they have no viable email address.... they are unreachable they cannot pay a withdrawel onto my preffered card, which I have been using every day.... they instructed me to enter my bank details via swift, I did this 2 days ago, but still had no money returned!! I feel like I have been scammed!!

Then Asked for More, Then Asked for More and More.. This Company us A Scam. I spent enough Of my Money and time. And I want my Withdrawal.. Of 5000.00 Yes !!!! They have locked my Account. Day 4 now and crickets.. first reasons to complaint was give us more time well you've had since December 16th and I see hundreds of good people being screwed by your company. Time to own up and admit you are fraudulent and not acting in good faith. Oh I want my 1264 asap enough is enough

Have been playing games since December I won it has not been paid says paid January 10th but nothing sent all documents over 20 times just Get the runaround with support. In contact with our lawyer and banks. Have also filed fraud complaints with our government. Stay away this site is a scam..
Now they contacted me to ask for an explanation of documents that I have explained 30 times.. again stick to my original comment fraudulent stay far away.

No have filed a complaint with my provincial and federal government being in Canada this type of games is illegal and as per their own policy if you don't own a card they cannot accept funds.. So now I'm expecting 1365 refunded as well as my winnings that was off of my bank through etransfer.
Reply from cc states they are bound by their terms to refund all monies.
If this issue sound familiar which I see a bunch of the same and you are in Canada file with your bank and cc and have all reversed they are acting in bad faith

My name is Lionel, I just joined betway 2 weeks ago and deposited 300 Euro through paypal and i lost. After i asked them if my account was verified or not they said yes. I deposited again and afterthat i won around 950 Euro. My account now is blocked 1.5 days after i tried to withdraw my winnings. Betway send me an email to proof my living address throughout utility bills in order to get my money back. I entered in chat again and told them that i cant prove my living address via utility bills and certeficate of residence because the apartment is not mine. The person behind the chat was unpolite and i have all my chat transactions with betway to prove that. Without utility bills or certeficate of residence i have to wait for 1 year and after that they will send the money to AMD. How is it possible ? How do they do these things while in their terms and conditions is written clearly that there are other alternative ways to verify the address like bank statement ? Why do they require the residence proof now and not before ? Am I ilegal in Italy because i dont have a residence ? If i would be ilegal the AMD would not approve the registration in the site. I dont know what is really going on with this company but i cant wait 1 year to get my money and why, because i cant get a utility bill in my name and certeficate of residence. Guys if you dont have a residence and a good lawyer in Italy dont play in Betway because its a scam right now. They must learn their terms and conditions before because they know nothing about gambling law in ITALY. I am a professional gambler for almost 5 year now and i know the Italian Law better than them. The other gambling companies such as UNIBET, BWIN, BETFAIR etc require also a bank statement document in order to verify the living address. So it means that they dont know the Italian law and giving us money for free ? NO, its just BETWAY IS STEALING OUR MONEY. I have everything recorded even my single bet.

Betway is a fraud The moment you start wining, they will ask for many proofs of your income. Even if you start winning they will lock your account.
New joiners, you should be alert and refrain from joining betway. There are many other sites you can rely on.
Fraud and irresponsible site.

I had to wait over 2 hours for a winning bet to be paid i tried to contact the site but the only way to do this is through live chat which can take forever the help and support on this is crap the site layout is crap the site is very slow for a company claiming to be one of the big gambling sites it seriously needs to have a major overhaul to its website as it is not user friendly at all
