The heated rug is great. I use it in my motorhome & it keeps my feet warm & cosy. They are ideal for this as the floors are usually cold.
As someone who has suffered with cold feet in the winter for years I can say that Rug Buddy is one of the best investments I've ever made. I was that impressed I bought a second one for another room. William at bewarmer.co.uk is a proper gent and customer service is outstanding.
The RugBuddy arrived in good time and was well packaged. The underlay was delivered separately. It was easy to unpack, set up and plug in. It keeps the living room warm and reduces the amount of central heating needed in the house but it is too early to say what the financial impact is. My two cats love stretching out on it. If it didn't need the plug in wire it would be perfect but this is an obvious requirement and can be tucked away to a certain degree.

I ordered one Rug buddy from bewarmer.co.uk. It was delivered ahead of the promised date and was easy to install. So far it is performing better than I had expected.

We received our Rugbuddy in line with timelines expected. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The rug provides warmth so my feet don't get cold under the desk!!! Perfect.

The rug-buddy turned up quickly and was super easy to fit under the rug. It's located in a room with a lot of windows, vaulted ceiling, and all 5 walls exposed to the elements, plus the floor is stone. Therefore even with underlay insulation I am expecting a lot of it. What I would say is on cold days - say sub 10 degrees - with it on a timer for an hour before I start work and on all day (working from home) it takes the chill off the room and just about bearable to work. By the middle of the day it does often settle to an OK temp especially if I have some sun coming in. It works well as a supplementary heat source and in better insulated rooms it would do a nice job but dont set expectations too high. Having said that, it's cheap to run - much less than central heating - and doubling with a heated mat on the table I can work all day without feeling cold. Bottom line is don't expect miracles - this is a secondary heating device but will take the chill off an area.

Very happy with my buying experience from Rugbuddy. The company was easy to deal with and made everything clear on their website.
From point of order the delivery timeframes were clear and the parcels arrived when they were meant too.
Super easy to set up can easily be done by one person.
We have a large orangery with a vaulted ceiling. In winter the temperature is to cold for us to use it and especially for out 20 month old. We purcahsed a fairly large rugbuddy and laid it with the suggest underly.
It costs little to run which is brilliant as on a cold sunny day out solar panels more than cover the useage of this rug several times over (unlike other panel heaters we have used zapping 1500 -2000 watts an hour.
Its a gental heat provided by tis rug, the central heating brings the room up to temp then the rug just maintains a nice warmth in the room.
We are considering another on for our cold hallway.
Very happy, does exactly what is advertised to do and the firm is very easy to deal with.
Will purchase from this firm again in the future.

We're so pleased with our RugBuddy having previously found our feet to be constantly cold. The dog absolutely loves it too and is far less demanding of lap cuddles!
I ordered an under rug heater to run in front of a sofa and an armchair which heats the area perfectly, we also have one in our conservatory, which works a treat, so we can sit and our grandkids can play in there when the weather gets cooler and feel warm so we don’t have to put on the infrared heater, (it’s amazing how much warmer you feel when your feet are warm) highly recommended and very reasonably on the electric.

It is still too early here in the south of France for me to use the rug buddy but the pre purchase customer service was excellent in answering any questions that I had. I have installed and tested that it works and it was perfect. I am looking forward to having toastie feet this winter instead of feeling the chill from my stone floors

The Rugbuddy is as good as they said, even though its summer i use it on an evening when its cooled down and I'm sure it will get a lot of use over the winter, very happy.
Great service . this is the 4th heating system from the company .

Works well, really pleased with it (and the dog)
only dropped a star because it's a bit expensive.

Love my rug buddy - not expensive to run and takes the chill out of the room - great alternative to underfloor heating. Judith

Very good customer service. Heated rug didn't suit me and I emailed William to return it. Without any fuss they refunded my money.

Our order arrived quickly and without delay. Ordered this for our garden office as the flooring is cold during the winter. My wife thought this was a gimmick, but I thought it was worth a try. Purchased some good thick underlay, fitted the RugBuddy between the underlay and our thick rug, and I now have a very happy wife! The rug buddy is amazing, it works incredibly well, gives off plenty of heat and is undoubtably one of our top recent purchases. Great product.

Really pleased with this! It's like an electric blanket for the floor. I purchased for my garden office (well insulated but has 4 external walls) and this is the only heating I have on at the moment. I might need to pop a radiator on in the depths of winter, but I'm warm and cosy for minimal cost :).
I purchased because I've been driven mad by electric underfloor heating constantly breaking (and then having to dismantle my office and rip up my laminate floor each time). This is a cheaper solution, and even if it does give up the ghost at some point it's no effort to replace it as all I have to do is lift up the rug.
I also have 3 dogs GLUED to the rug.
