Great Valintine's Day Gift

We have a puppy that chews all our lighters. I bought these chrome lighter holders so he couldn't bite them. The order come in quicker than I thought it would and was really pleased with the product. I'm going back to the web site and see if there is any thing else I could use.

Shipped Very Quickly

I ordered a disco light for my niece that she wanted for her birthday. It shipped very quickly and I will be able to give it to her for her upcoming birthday this weekend.

Great company

I placed two separate orders. The first order I placed on Jan. 29, and had shipped ground and have still not received it as of today Feb. 6. However, my second order that I placed on Jan. 31 and had shipped priority 2-3day I recieved on Feb. 1. I love the variety that this site offers on hard to find items for my teenage kids. Lesson learned from my experience is to pay a little extra and have the package shipped priority.

The ole' bait and switch-a-roo

Purchased what was suppose to be a Deluxe Adult Sized Thick Plush Santa Hat and ended up with Mrs. Claus's used dust rag. They did refund my money which is the only reason I gave a star.

Beware do not order from this company!

Ordered a pair of rave lightshow gloves for my son for Christmas. They were not out of the package until Christmas day. After trying the gloves it was discovered that they were defective. Some of the lights did not work properly. Emailed the company they did not respond. After waiting a week found their number and called them. They told me to return the gloves with a letter explaining the problem and they would replace them. After I paid shipping to have the gloves returned. I did not hear from them. So I called to find the status on the gloves. They said that they had never received them. The person on line did not offer any help with the situation. I finally asked who I could talk to. I could not talk to someone, I had to email a customer service department. Who then informed me that they had seen the gloves and stated that there was a wire broke on them. They wanted to have me pay for shipping a 3rd time in order to replace them. When I told them I did not feel I should have to pay for shipping a 3rd time because they were defective when I received them. They claimed that the merchandise is tested before being sent out and put the blame on us for them being broke. I told them that they were broke when we got them. They then claimed it took 6 weeks to return them. I explained we did not know they were defective until Christmas and we ordered them the first week of Dec and then it took weeks to get them to respond before being able to return them. They have terrible customer service. They blamed us for their defective merchandise, claimed they did not have the merchandise after returning it when they did, then wanted us to pay a 3rd time for shipping, when I refused to do that they refused to refund our money and then claimed it took to long to return to them when they were not responding to us. They have the gloves which I paid for plus I paid for shipping twice and have nothing in return. Do not order from this company they are a ripoff. Their merchandise is cheaply made, they will not refund your money if something is defective instead they come up with all kinds of excuses and will blame you for the problem. I will never order from Bewild again.

stay away

Sent me the complete wrong item, not even close, then wouldn't answer emails or phone. when i FINALLY got a hold of someone, they were so rude, and I had to pay return shipping PLUS shipping for the right item (which I already paid for). Why do I have to pay shipping three times because your company is incompetent?

Stay far away...don't believe me? Just do a search. And the few positive comments you read are so obviously written by their company because they all sound the same!

poor customer service and shipping

I have waited a month and a half for my order!!! There was a problem with the shipping and when I called customer service they did not want to deal with it. They even asked me to call the shipping company, the comany will only deal with the shipper. It has been a month and a half and they say the will send it tomorrow. I would not buy from this company or recomend friends or anyone to buy from this company!!!

got my item but..

i got me some "Iglow hair gel" from this site.. but it was way to OLD to use.. it expired 09/2008!! so i try to contact them by email twice.. but they keep ignoring me! I think i read somewhere its illegal to sell stuff expired!! I don't recomment to buy here because you cant in touch with "bewild.com"
