I ordered the Burial Flag frame in honey oak using Amazon. It came quickly for having a personalized plate, in a well packed box. The frame is very well made and sturdy. The personalized plate was perfect. I am very happy with this item and would definitely recommend.
This company is deceptive when it comes to guarantees on personalized products. They refuse to rectify any errors and appear to care only about the sale and not about the customer. I will never again do business with BBI as they seem to be unable to match an online proof with what they ship out. Engrave locally, not with Focal Point Gifts, a division of BBI. BBI ought to refrain from selling burial urns intended for human remains if they sabotage the buying experience at such an extreme level.
I purchased a new Bey-Berk butane torch lighter. It would only ignite the flame on every 4th or 5th click of the igniter. I emailed their customer service asking if I could mail it in for a replacement. I didn't receive any response.
