Very disappointing handling of a missing item – loyal customer ignored

I have been a loyal customer of this brand and recently placed a large order of 12 suits. Unfortunately, when I received my shipment, one pair of trousers from one suit was missing.

I immediately contacted customer service, expecting a professional resolution. The only response I received was: “We watched the footage and the order was sent complete.” That was the end of the discussion.

This response is deeply disappointing. Internal camera footage does not prove what the customer actually received, nor does it rule out issues during packing or transportation. As the seller selected the logistics provider, the responsibility should not simply be shifted to the customer.

No investigation with the courier was shared, no solution was offered, and no effort was made to protect a long-term customer relationship.

I expected accountability and customer care not a closed-door answer. Sadly, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in the brand.

The "seller" name is hidden under an…

The "seller" name is hidden under an accordion menu, there is no rating for each seller, and sellers are free to refuse a return without any proof of whatever they are saying. Bought a home scale from Beymen, seller is Yaman iletisim, and after opening the package and installing the app, I didn't find that it was worth 5000 Turkish Liras, returned it and the seller refused the return because the package was open! Contacted Beymen and told them that although the package was open, I sent it back in the original packaging. Beymen told me that they can't do anything about it and that I need to contact the seller directly. What is the point of buying from Beymen then! They charge the sellers which makes the product cost more, only to tell the customers to contact the seller. Why didn't I buy it from the seller directly then? What is the point of ordering something from your website?

I asked them to send me the photo of the package that the seller received, but they don't even have it! So whatever the seller says, that's it for them.

AMATEURS ... would never recommend the website to anyone

Beymen does not own up to any fault…

Beymen does not own up to any fault with their products.
I use Beymen often and last few years they get worse every time I contact them.
The trousers I bought from them (which were not cheap at all) have been shrunk and the fabric has been worn out after the second wash (within the instructions) the store accepts that the trousers have lost quality. I bought the same style of new trousers there and then also. But their internal quality department didn't accept that there was a problem. Their tailor told me that the trousers they buy from their local shop (which cannot be compared to Beymen) also lose the quality...
I recently bought Limitato brand trouser and one of the accessories was misplaced, I took it to the store and they asked me to send it back as it was bought online. it has been a few months and they sent it back today saying there is no fault, although they put the misplaced item in a nylon bag and put it in one of the pockets, instead of fixing it, which is what I was asking. I asked the customer support team to talk to someone who could help me as they don't, and she told me there was no one.
which proves to me that it is time to stay away from Beymen.

Beymen.com stock problem

I bought online two products here in July and August22, they could not send them due to the lack of stock. I guess there are serious problems between their stock control and online website. In addition, shipping times are so long, almost a 3-week process, it should not be that long within the same country. It used to be a place where I enjoyed shopping online and also from its store, but I will not choose it from now on.
