Beyond Polish Reviews 

I ordered one month ago some cnd shellac.
It was clear to me that it would take some time until I'll get it here in Germany.
BUT it's outrageous that 9 bottles Nailpolish are sent in two packages! Because of this I need to pay two times the customs! For one package with four polish (which arrived today) I paid 15,49€ customs (17,32 Dollar)!!! The other is still in the customs office! It's so outrageous to put ONE order in two packages! I'll never buy on this shop again! And if someone will ask me about my polish, I'll be honest and give the advice to not buy it on beyondpolish.com !!!

They sent 2 day priority mail wow!!! I did not pay it. Well packed. Product in good condition. I like China Glaze is good quality and not overpriced. Also free of 3 bad chemicals. Some of bad reviews here are because the person bought wrong product because of lack of knowledge. I did not return nothing yet... I don't know how they are about returns.

I had a great experience with this company. I was nervous at first that it was an overseas company when I made my order but after the Customer Service rep talked to me and assured me that it wouldn't take six weeks to receive the product I ordered, the order went great. I received the order very quickly, the gentleman that I talked with was wonderful and very helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and will purchase from this company again.

I ordered from beyond polish and be polish I ordered would not dry. I reached out to customer service and they told me I needed a lamp to dry my nails! I sent the(16.99) polish back . They gave me credit but I was out my shipping which was over (5.00)! Then the company would not send me a refund. The only give store credit. So you have to buy from them again or they keep the money. I order some lotion and a bottle of shampoo to use my refund. I had to pay over (7.00) for shipping again. I would not ordered from this company again. Which I had read the reviews before I wasted my money.

I don't typically write reviews (seems like no one ever does unless the product/service is amazing or terrible), but I'm actually surprised at the reviews saying Beyond Polish is selling counterfeit OPI. I found them online because of their low prices, and I was skeptical, but I decided to give it a try and I bought their OPI. I’ve never noticed anything different with the quality from other OPI bottles I have, it’s still the same OPI quality that I know. Now I only ever buy my nail polish from them, and I’m writing this review because I want to be able to keep buying my polish from here and I don’t want the negative reviews to hurt the business!

from reading the other reviews has made me nervous to buy from here. are they REALLY counterfeit or not??? i know, because i sell online as well, that the people who review me, are TOTALLY CRAZED. no one really ever says anything nice and 100% of the time what was screwed up was their fault for not understadning that amazon PRIME is only available if you BUY FROM SOMEONE WHO SELLS PRIME. I DID NOT EVER, DO NOT, nor EVER WOULD BECOME an Amazon Prime Seller. but becuz some customers are totally stupid & dont know how to read, my metrics suffer. i want to try for the wholesale on this site, but i dont know what to do now. I tried one of the two polishes I ordered a couple of weeks ago, and after it dried on my nails quickly, I could tell that the quality was not the OPI authentic polish I was expecting. The color is beautiful but my nails did not have the shine that the OPI nail enamel produces. Needless to say, I will not order from Beyond Polish again.

BUYER BEWARE

They sell knock off stuff and try to pass it as the real thing.

BEWARE ... shady business practices ahead... these people are scam artist and hide behind the “ family business” moto... they said they were refunding me for sub standard polish not only argued with me about it, then went as far as to say they refunded me but low and behold they refunded the wrong account?!? And I’m just stuck with that. Lol. These people suck and have the nerve to charge for shipping BOTH WAYS you might as well use your amazon prime. It’s the same quality. STEER CLEAR

Counterfeit goods and a very poor returns policy if you're not happy, avoid at all costs

Currently a 3 star only because I have yet to receive my product and the many emails have been very conflicting. I had ordered multiple dip powders .. I cannot remember the exact day however the 80+ dollars was taken out of my account on the 21st. It being the 27th with no email from them regarding confirmation or tracking, I email them. I receive a reply very quickly however very short, stating my order number and a sentence or two stating that I will receive an email when my order ships. I replied asking how long it takes? It has been at least 6 days & it says normally 1-2 to be processed. I receive another reply stating my order was shipped the 20th & they sent an email with tracking— however I have checked all mailboxes including scam/junk & there was no email. Also... what company would ship prior to receiving payment? My payment was not processed until the 21st. I have yet to receive the product.. & am very worried I won’t recieve it at all.

OK My mother died, & out of nowhere I started chewing my cuticles. So I had tips glued on to keep my skin away from me because you know that's like chewing a plastic take out spoon. It's not going to happen.
But I couldn't make it to the salon every two weeks for upkeep. That's where BEYOND POLISH comes in. I found my same color there at half the price of drugstores & I wrote to them THREE times with questions, and they answered three times, & you could tell they put time into the answers. One response even had a note from one woman to another saying "tell her..."
I love this company. Tender loving customer care & prices virtually half of the chain drugstore near my home. I'll never shop there again for nail supplies. BEYOND POLISH is a 5 star source.
PS my nails look great after 5 weeks.

I ordered shellac base and top coat from beyond polish. It takes 15 days to arrive as the tracking record says your package will arrive in 8 days. After an email and a lot of phone calls, the guy from beyond polish said he or the shipping agent didn’t know where the package is and hopping will arrive within 48 hours if not we will ship you again. What makes me disappointed was I ordered the item because it was urgent but, beyond polish didn’t understand or doesn’t care about my time. It was my first time ordering and will never go back to them again!!!

Beyond polish has been awesome! They offer the best prices on nail polish and other manicure supplies. They also have really friendly and helpful customer service. I will recommend this to others and purchase from them again in the future!

I’ve ordered from Beyond Polish a few times and have never been disappointed. Great prices and quick shipping. My most recent order I realized I ordered a polish I already had, and Laura in customer service was so helpful in removing it before my order shipped. Great response time and super nice. Definitely will continue to order from them and would highly recommend to anytime!

Awesome customer service!
This was my first order from Beyond Polish. Unfortunately one of the bottle broke while in transit. I contacted customer service and they responded in minutes and immediately sent a replacement. They seem to really appreciate their customers. Looking forward to new orders in the future!

I placed my first order with Beyond Polish and they were incredibly helpful. I could not find my confirmation email and their customer service was wonderful in tracking my order down and keeping me updated. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon!

I placed my first order with beyond polish over the thanksgiving weekend, and about a week later it still had not moved from the post office in CA I messaged customer service and they responded promptly and were extremely nice saying the would contact the post office to check on the status two days later I had my package, would definitely buy from them again!
