Well-oiled machine with a personal touch.
Very happy with this company. Very coordinated from the order desk, to accounts receivable, to pullers and shipping. They even reached out to me to strategize a safe and smooth delivery of my order. That's a damn good personal touch hardly seen anymore.

First time customer, excellent experience
Good pricing. What I am most happy about is the packaging my items were sent in. I get everything sent to a storage unit because someone can sign at all times. Package did not say "Bullion Order" Or Gold/Silver order" or even BGASC (a quick google search would give away what's in the package).
The packaging was so discrete, my storage unit thought it was some kind of hardware item. Well done BGASC! Also, delivery was very fast, and I liked the notifications and updates sent via email. I had to call customer service to change payment method, and the agent that answered was very friendly and helpful. A+

Overall Outstanding, a few minor changes I would like to see
Overall, I am very happy with your service. I like getting the e-mail saying you received my check & the e-mail with my tracking number.
I do wish that you would accept check payments as low as $100 (instead of the $300 you require)
As for price, you come very close or you are the best price. You are one of three on-line companies I use to purchase Gold & Silver.

Good Value for Fractional Silver Rounds
I was shopping for fractional Silver bullion. When I didn't find much in the way of good value in Government coins I found BGASC offered a good price for 1/4oz and 1/10oz Silver Rounds. Their purchase process was easy and I got a good price with fast shipping. Very satisfied.
