Contacted BG Developments about a quote. Friendly, we emailed back and forth making sure everything is correct maybe four times. I asked my final question before committing to purchasing my order (we are talking several thousand pounds worth of parts) I never got a reply. I waited a few weeks and chased them up, waited, got a reply saying sorry for the delay and that they will get back to me in regards to the order.. never heard from them again! Complete waste of my time! I now can't get my car ready for this year's race season. Useless company!

Absolute pleasure to deal with these guys, product knowledge and expertise was first class, recommendations and solutions for our issues were spot on.
They appear to be a fast moving busy operation but courteously gave time to address our demands, the final manufactured components are excellent, the support staff are a credit to the company.
Definitely on my contact list.

I use BG regularly for the manufacturing of bespoke parts - office staff are great and I have never had to wait too long, even though I know how busy they are - helpful, obliging and excellent at what they do - I am always satisfied!

Based on my experience I won't be in any hurry to contact them in the future.
Sent an e-mail on a Monday to obtain a quote for a bespoke part to be manufactured. No response to my e-mail.
Contacted them via phone on the Thursday of the same week; polite lady confirmed she had my details from the e-mail but as she was non technical I had to speak to a salesman. Said salesman was apparently with a client but she would get him to ring me as soon as he was free. Two weeks later I've still received no response to my e-mail nor have I received any phone call. I've taken my business elsewhere.
