0 Stars if possible. Bought the very expensive 36L Air fryer Dual Zone Oven via Amazon. As always Amazon won't take it back as just over 30 days. So much for the 2yr guarantee and my consumer rights.
On 3rd use it melted the 13A UK plug causing my home consumer unit to trip. Live pin destroyed. That's just for starters. It never gets above 175C so food isn't properly cooked. The miniature presets at the top make no sense as they cannot account for quantity. The leftmost one is apparently for cooking Snakes but non of the supermarkets around here sell Snakes. Shelves are flimsy and collapse onto the bottom element if food weighs more than a few ounces. Dual zones are not independent as claimed. Program up one side and then the other side is completely dead unless selecting "All" mode where both sides do the same thing. Forget cooking joints, roasts etc as the Timer maxes out at 59min. Also no "Stop" mode, can adjust time down to 1min but must wait that minute for it to stop. They say to wait until fans ( incredibly noisy) stop but that cools down what you've just cooked.
AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER OF A PRODUCT. ITS NOW A KITCHEN ORNAMENT. UNSAFE, UNUSABLE. ADVISED AMAZON BUT THEYVE CHOSEN TO WAIT UNTIL IT EITHER ELECTRICUTES SOMEONE OR BURNS DOWN A HOUSE OR TWO.

Stay away from BridgePro airfryer

I bought 36l, XXL one on 24.08.2025 on Ebay. One compartment started to fail at the end of November. Bottom heating elements don't work any more, one part undercooks food and second one burns food on left side of compartment. Seller on Ebay does not respond. Ebay will not help as over 30 days passed from my purches and BridgePro, the manufacturer, has been exchanging emails for 2 weeks refuses to take it back and refund my money as I did not buy it from them. They asked to send pictures of a power cable, wall plug, send videos of not working elements (if it doesn't work a heating element stays black in dark airfryer). Their explanation is that heating element does not have to be red to work!!! It is a Chinese expensive pile of rubbish. Every other European/US make would be trying to assist you but not this lot! They want to sell their miserable product for over £200 and do not even feel obligated to fix it. Stay away from this make! In case of problem with their product you will never see your money again. Customer service has no will to help you. Appalling.

overated

I watched video of airfryer oven online,it was by a company called DNA,it is identical to airfryer sold on Amazon by Bridgepro. I ordered directly from company thinking I was saving money but turned out it was exactly same price but Amazon would deliver in 2 days.I received confirmation email from company stating everything was going through fine.I was then contacted later stating they had no stock, despite no warning on website or on any email. I was then told they would have to get one from Amazon. I asked for order to be cancelled and I would order from Amazon, I was informed this was not possible and it would cost me more money (not true at the time).I then had to alter my week completely as a delivery date was eventually sorted and to add injury to insult it was actually delivered by Amazon. Wouldn't mind but product not half as good as the hype, so someone is having a oven for Christmas.
