I updated my voge to version 1.8 before ordering the remap. All went well until I tried uploading the modified map, turns out my version was higher and wouldn't flash the file. Bhp were quick to ask me for my log files and after a few hours told me to update the flasher again and try the modded map. Flashed straight away and the bike is now much better, no low spot at 3 to 3400rpm any more and just feels better. Support was spot on, they were never pushy and just wanted to get my map working. In the end all worked out 100%. Give these guys a go for your remap, you won't be dissapointed

So it’s the second time I have been in for a remap the team are very knowledgeable I had the gs in for a full remap with a full system I have only ridden the bike home so far so only motorways but I can tell it’s more responsive I will know better when I go on a good ride
If you want your bike remapped go see these guys
After carrying out a stage one and stage two upgrade on my 2003 Harley Davidson Fat Boy, it needed a good remapping and two of our customers highly recommended BHPUK in Burnley.
I had to change the booking as my parts supplier had let me down on delivery, but the guys at BHPUK gave me another appointment date which was only a week later, which worked perfectly for me.
They talked me through the Dyno run and ran the bike until she was the best possible. Ended up gaining 18-20bhp at the back wheel and loads of torque, very very happy.
Definitely use these guys again and will be highly recommending them to everyone.

I recently took my Audi A5 to BHP UK for a remap, and I have to say, the experience was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final result, the team at BHP UK demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that truly impressed me. Joe in particular was delightful, he was so helpful.
First off, the customer service was top-notch. They took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. They didn't just try to sell me the most expensive option; instead, they listened to what I wanted to achieve with the remap and recommended the best solution for my specific needs and driving style. This personalized approach gave me a lot of confidence in their abilities.
The actual remap itself was carried out with great care and attention to detail. The technicians Darren clearly knew his stuff. At BHP UK they used state of art equipment to ensure everything was done correctly. They even took the time to run dyno tests before and after so I could see the actual performance gains clearly. The results were amazing, a huge noticeable increase in both power and torque, making the car much more responsive and enjoyable to drive. What really stood out was their commitment to doing things properly. They didn't just focus on raw power; they also optimized the engine for improved fuel efficiency and smoother power delivery.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from BHP UK. They transformed my Audi A5 into an even better car, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable remap. If you're considering a remap, definitely give BHP UK a call. You won't be disappointed!!

Thank you

Very pleased with the bike, after BHP remapped. The bike (Yamaha R1 with full titanium race Akrapovic system) was not fuelling correctly and had a snatchy throttle, plus was running too lean. It is now perfect in every mode and feels smooth and noticeably more powerful.

Absolutely 5 star all the way in service, support and actually changes this product has made to my Panigale V4S, and recently my M1000XR, BMW Chesyer just performed a service and their words "This bike tune is the best they have ever seen on a bike, makes road riding an absolute dream and they BMW Chester will recommend BHP, now that from a main dealer is somehting else and will not affect the warrenty as its not a tune that affects the engine paremeters, only the way the bike is fueled to the exact design standsards of BMW, before the tree huggers tried to ruin our fun.

I purchased BHP UK's ECU Flasher and tuning service for my 2020 Kawasaki H2 SX SE. After a month of dealing with them, I can honestly say this was £648 wasted.
Before everything, I must say that the manager didn't offer to fix the map AFR as I wanted, and also to give money back bcs he is not able to tune below 3000. Now the full story.
Problems started immediately - we agreed on a £50 customs invoice, they never sent it, and I ended up paying £149 (30% more). I sent them my exact setup: IXIL slip-on, K&N filter, Dominator decat, no exhaust valve. The main reason I bought this service was to fix the jerking at 2000-3000 RPM during city riding. This is a well-known H2 SX issue. When I tested their map, the jerking was still there. Their response? "We do not tune below 3000 RPM." They literally admitted they cannot fix the problem I paid them to solve.
I asked for a revision. The second map was worse - rough idle, jerky throttle, terrible quick shifter. They told me to use the first map, basically admitting failure. I spent €50 on professional dyno testing which showed AFR of 12.8 - leaner than the safe 12.3-12.5 range for a supercharged engine. They also didn't configure the map for my setup despite me providing all details upfront.
When I asked basic questions about what they modified (standard practice for any tuner), everything was vague "trade secrets." When I showed dyno evidence, the manager became defensive and accused me of trying to steal their map. Absurd. I'm just an owner trying to verify the map won't damage my €20,000 motorcycle.
I requested a refund per their published policy and offered to return the device. Response: "I will not entertain any refund request from you." They refuse to honor their own guarantee despite clear evidence of defective work.
Bottom line: £648 for a tune that doesn't fix the stated problem, has questionable safety, wasn't configured correctly, and comes with hostile service. The only positive was +15 HP. Save yourself the money and frustration.
EDIT: I got money back via Charback from Mastercard. So big WIN for me and proof that I was right.
For Cal - You were not able to tune bellow 3000 what I asked and fix AFR, end of story mate. Good luck with tuning!!

I can't fault the product or the service. My Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak is transformed after uploading the map. The bike comes alive at 6k rpm and doesn't stop.
The guys at BHP talked me through the process (uploaded via the flasher) and everything was straight forward.
The best single investment I have made in this bike.
Thank you very much.

First class service from BHP, staff are really knowledgable and helpful when phoning or emailing with queries.
Very quick dispatch of flasher tool, before 1030am next day, and a quick turnaround, only two days, to get the written map back. The process is simple to retrieve ecu data in first instance as is the read/write process when you get the map back. Bike seems smooth and more responsive. Thanks BHP

R13000GS remapped using their handheld unit. Improved fuelling, response and power anywhere in the rev range and no hint of any flat spots in the delivery. This is my second remap by BHP UK and I will not hesitate to use them in the future. Highly recommended 👍

Since i live in Sweden with limited tuners for my Rocket 3 i turned to BHP UK. Fast delivery of the flasher, and once the file was uploaded to them it took a few hours to get it back. The map was spot on, this is how the bike should have been from the factory. Night and day difference in how smooth it runs now, and how the power delivery is. Bike is std in regards to exhaust and filter. Highly recommended.

Got the remap for my Harley sportster s due to mods made by myself which left it not as sweet as it should be .
After the remap it’s a different bike .
Many thanks to BHP U.K.

These guys are magicians. From start to finish these guys were so helpful. Emailed me back straight away when I had a query. I decided to flash the bike at home as the ride over to them would be 3 hours
Flasher got delivered very quick and had full instructions on how to download your current data on to it.
Few days later I received the modified data file and installed it that night.
Next day took the bike out to see what it was like, hoping I didn’t get the placebo effect……. And boy was I wrong.
The bike felt different, more responsive.mo jerking at slow speeds and revs and Jesus Christ……. You wind back that throttle and she pulls like a rocket ship.
If you want a superb remap with amazing customer service then BHP Uk are the guys to make that magic happen.

Cannot speak highly enough of Qal and the BHP UK Team.
Many tuners shy away from the Ducati 1098 as its lumpy engine nature can be very challenging to correct.…
I tried having it done locally but despite their best efforts the lumpy engine nature remained.
Qal and the BHP Team were only two happy to accept the challenge and have completely transformed the bike.
This bike is now a pleasure to ride around town at real world speeds. The smooth consistent power delivery at all RPM is a privilege very few with this engine get to experience.
This is the way Ducati should have mapped that engine 👏😊👍
