Shopping at B&H is always a pleasure

SHopping at B&H is always quick and easy. Product desriptions and photos are clear and informative. User ratings and comments are helpful, and check out is a breeze. Selections are very good to overwhelming. Policies are clear. When a call to sales is in order, staff are knowledgeable, couteous, and efficient -- either answering my questions or transferriing me to someone who can.

B and H good. Nikon support horrible.

B and H but here is review of Nikon Support. Have $2600. invested in my Nikon Mirrorless. Yesterday got email about Firmware update. I am not tech savvy, so I called "tech Support" LOL. said I wanted to use nikon imagespace app which AI says is possible. THE RANDO TECH SUPPORT PERSON TOLD ME I COULDN'T DO IT and I needed a blank memory card. We hung up and after 1.5 hors of trial and error I WAS ABLE TO USE NIKON IMAGESPACE APP TO UPDATE. NIKON NEEDS TO GET REAL TECH SUPPORT WHO KNOW CAMERAS, NIKON APPS AND TECHNOLOGY INTERFACE. I don't know if other brands are better? but NIKON is the worst.
