I had submitted several online claims in one go for my husband's hospital stays and treatment and was very pleased to have Jacqueline Gosling-Simmonds at the other end of the line to talk me through the processes. Once all boxes had been ticked and questions answered, Jacqueline then went on to advise that my husband and I might think about using the other benefits included in our plan. The service offered by BHSF is brilliant and the fact I was able to talk to another human on the phone makes all the difference. None of this push button or yes/no to no-one in particular! My husband and I feel we have been given excellent service. We have been with this company for many years and not once have we been disappointed. Long may you continue to serve us and others in this manner.

Disgusting every time I fill in a claim it gets refused need more information even when u have sent all receipts in 3 times the u have to phone them they take £31 from my pay every month but you try and get a claim after having to speak to them you get ur money takes forever.

They always, always looking for a reason not to pay out! The receipt is not to their liking. Your date is wrong. But oh by Christ, they're not so slow on premium payment day! The money is gone, from your account. Before you have time to pay it in! No good if you go dentist at few times a year. Or the Chiropodist. They pay the minimum, whilst taking as much as possible off you! It started out as a non profit making organisation. Now, grab, grab, grab!

The list of approved industry bodies for sports massage is restrictive and uses bodies that either have woeful search facilities or practitioners that are 45 minutes away when I have vastly more qualified people close by that I trust that I cannot use. An enquiry into this went unanswered.

I have always received quick resolution from the BHSF helpdesk team, as well as the BHSF After Sales Team. Recently I got in touch with the helpdesk team, and Neil Ryder was very helpful with our request and provided a resolution the same day. I was also assisted by Rebecca Watson from the After Sales Team who also provided a resolution on the same day.
