Huge price disparity from Online to physical store
Firstly they have an unreliable shipping issues for online orders. You go to the physical stores there’s a huge price disparity on the same products you see online. I travelled to india to try and get their products directly from their stores and get cheated like this.
So disappointed.

I will give zero star to Biba online…
I will give zero star to Biba online shopping. There is no return for international delivery and even if the product is faulty they do not agree after proof with picture. There customer care just gives the same reply until you stop contacting them.
I bought a suit and paid over $150 and when I opened it it was ripped from the stitching. Biba said they checked before packing and also saw cctv but never showed me any proof. They took zero ownership of product quality which is unacceptable from any seller.

So, I’d seen Biba stores in India as a young person & was pleasantly surprised to see an online store when I was looking for a few things to buy. And they shipped to the U.K. all good & Simple enough. So, placed an order, payment via credit card which went through PayPal. All confirmed like normal. A few hours later I get an email from Biba that my payment failed (huh?) and that my order wasn’t processed, but they were saving my shopping basket. I went to the website and checked my order, only to find it was authorised and paid for. I assumed their email system hadn’t caught up with the payment system.
Next day no communication from Biba confirming my order, no further updates on the order page of their website. Another 2 days and no updates or emails. So I tried their phone number. It didn’t exist. Tried another number at the bottom of their email. Kept on hold (mind you this was an international call) and after quite a bit of time, got a message saying sorry can’t take your call and was hung up on. So I wrote to customer service. I got an email 24 hours later saying my query had been escalated and they needed 4-5 days to revert. So essentially, they took my ££ and then silence.
Raising this with My credit card company as a fraud. My 2 cents: stay away from Biba India. (Even if you’re missing home) - at best They’re not set up for e-commerce (their CIO supposedly got an AI icon award??) and are incompetent or at the worst are outright frauds.
Ordered at BIBA but the prepaid package…
Ordered at BIBA but the prepaid package is never delivered to the address provided. Tried contacting the customer care but no luck. Atrocious customer service.
will never buy at BIBA again. Extremely Dissappointed.
International Biba Customers Be Warned Of charges for Tax and Duty Too Expensive
Biba products are good, be careful when ordering online as they have no return policy for international customers read all notes carefully. Also when ordering it does state some items delivery is free of charge, but the catch is the courier service for international customers will invoice you with tax and duty, this will workout more expensive then what the products are worth, my order was in British pounds about £256.00, tax and duty was £95.00. There is No point in emailing there customers service as they have a generic email and they are not helpful at all, avoid when possible, better get a relative to visit the outlet and get them to send to you instead.
