waited for my order said its been dispatched package arrived at my post office delivery depot went to pick it up no it was not the tshirts and sweatshirt i ordered but wait for it....a little envelope with a thankyou card no words nothing tried emailing no reply im absoloutley fuming

I ordered a large order of 2 jumpsuits, jacket, 3 pair socks and a bag. Never received order they say resent, never received that one either said the would refund 75% never received that either.

It was easy to order but I didn’t receive any emails to know when I will get my hoodie 😔

Waited 2 months for my parcel that never got delivered. I asked who they courier was to see if I could contact them myself but they didn't want to disclose that information.
I tried to get a refund but they wanted to try redeliver and fast track a new order. Another 2.5 weeks later and still nothing but the tracking number they gave said everything has been delivered... Absolutely ridiculous

Really bad quality, can’t get a refund because you have to send them back yourself and shipping is so expensive it isn’t worth sending them back

This place is a SCAM……..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY…….. I would have given no stars but you have to select something. I ordered 4 sweaters that would have supposedly made it here by Dec. 24th and still haven’t received anything. I called Tricia Bibess who told me that the store was closing at that location because they are opening a new location. I explained to her that it let me make the purchase and said it was shipped. She told me that it can be refunded if nothing is received and if it say that it was shipped something would come. When nothing came, I tried to call again about the refund because now when you check the shipping it is still in the same place and has not moved and it is now Jan. 7th 2024; but she is not answering the phone and I even left a voice message and still did not receive a call. At this point DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY trying to shop with them. I truly believe they are a SCAM. If the store is closed then they are still collecting peoples money and not returning it.

If I could give "0" I would!. No tracking information available once dispatched! After waiting 2 weeks post dispatch I emailed to enquire where my parcel was to find it's been delivered 158 miles away from me!! No help from them money wasted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I ordered two Nike jumpers that had embroidered Disney characters and a Nike logo on them for €30 each only to receive two jumpers that had a cheap print and a cheap quality of clothing for the jumper. Not really worth the money. Still received the product within a few weeks so not a scam but not entirely value for the money you spend.
