Huge range and fast delivery

I almost didn't give Bibita a chance after reading other reviews but I'm very pleased I did!
They have a very wide range of products, including veterinary food which my cat needs and it's much cheaper than elsewhere.
My orders both arrived 2 days after I'd placed them so no delay at all.
I'm so far very happy with the service and will continue using Bibita.

Avoid

We have cat food on a subscribe and save and realised an order was late. Contacted Bibita who said the order had been cancelled due to a stock issue.

As a customer, I wasn't informed the cancellation until after I contacted them.

Customer support can't answer simple questions.

I've only ever had a good online…

I've only ever had a good online shopping experience & great service from Bibita. I find the prices are often better than those offered by their competitors and this was the first site to offer an option to reorder from my previous orders, while I had to start from scratch when reordering from their competitors. It makes shopping for my pet essentials super easy.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service - item arrived with an attachment slightly damaged. Very quickly I was offered a discount which I was more than happy with. Very. impressed with this company, competitively priced and very helpful - it doesn't get much better than that!

Prompt service, well delivered

I ordered 2 large bags of James Wellbeloved cat food on Sat and they arrived on Tues at the time predicted by Yodel - who provide good tracking information. The box was robust and the food has a very long use by date on it. The website is easy to navigate and I will use again, once the cat has eaten his way though twice his own weight in food!

Horrendous company

By far the worst shopping experience ever! I bought the Savic Suite XL cage for £246.99, delivery stated 1-3 days, nearly 4 weeks later & they’ve still not delivered it. Twice I was told that they would refund me £10 as a good will gesture, neither time have they fulfilled that promise. To add further insult to injury, I have found out that, in the meantime, they have reduced the price of this cage to £184.99- any decent company should have offered to honour that price for me given the amount of inconvenience this has caused me- but no! Still no cage, or measly £10 refund! After contacting DHL AGAIN yesterday I was told it was out for delivery by 12pm- low & behold it didn’t arrive. When I rang back a further time I was told it wasn’t even out for delivery, they couldn’t even locate the parcel in their warehouse where it’s supposedly been sat for at least 2 weeks without any one even attempting to call me to arrange delivery!!! I am bitterly dissapointed by both companies, but ultimately the book stops with Bibita. Had to turn to PayPal to resolve this now.

Delivery service is rubbish.

Bibita price etc .was fine, the problem is with their delivery service, namely Yodel. We were given two dates for delivery and nothing arrived, after using the tracking system online our parcel was still supposedly in Yodels depot.
We have been given another date but wasted two days of our life waiting for nothing. Lets hope it comes this time.
Yodel are rubbish and it rubs off onto Bibita.
This was my first Bibita order and it will be my last.

GOOD ORDERING BUT DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good ordering and delivery, BUT they have false information regarding +2kg Gratis as listed at the time of the order. I sent an email, but they gave me such a cold,standard and dare I say it, typisch Deutsch reply, it was clear that they weren't going to admit anything and made me feel quite stupid. I'll stick to one of the 100's of other online pet food suppliers in future - it's not as if they are the only online trader - and one that takes Kundenunzufriedenheit seriously. They quite happily accepted deleting me from their database - not an iota of an apology or remorse. Very German.

Good value and selection.

Great experience - have placed two orders in last fortnight and both received quickly without problems. Wide selection of items online, good value and good communications - what more to ask from online supplier?

placed an order on 15th march

placed an order on 15th march, took the money out of paypal no confimation email not showing up on my account on their website,have contacted me to say order was cancelled. Dont use this rubbish company!
